The Eleon Residences, Villa Okalia and Villa Alea, are two independent and luxurious villas each with its own pool, garden and terraces located in the area of Stavromenos-Nea Magnisia, 9klm away from the picturesque city of Rethymno.

The villas offer three bedrooms that accommodate 6 guests, and fully equipped living areas. They are decorated in an elegant, country chic style and provide discrete luxury and comfort. The Eleon Residences are built with respect to nature and blend harmoniously with the beautiful landscape while the views of the immense light blue Cretan seas and the mountain of Psiloritis are gorgeous.

Villa Alea

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen as well as a twin bedroom which has access to the garden and pool. This floor also has a bathroom with a tub.

A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor. Here is a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite WC, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. Villa

The ground floor comprises of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a tub.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one wiht ensuite WC and the other with a separate bathroom with a tub.

The outdoor setting is relaxing and beautiful. Each villa features a private pool with umbrellas and sun beds, an outdoor dining table and lounge area and a barbeque.

The lush garden with local trees and flowers create a tranquil scenery and promise memorable days and nights under the Cretan sky.

5.00 - ”Outstanding”

First time in Crete so first time staying at this fabulous property. Well...where to start? The great position ...the superb villa...the owner...first off we had a hire car which made things spontaneous but we did, on the suggestion of the owner, have a superb taxi driver. The position was ...well..again..just far enough away from things that gave us a feeling of being alone enough to enjoy our own company. The property is so well equipped I’m not sure we missed anything. The pool of course was such an attraction it was hard to choose beach or pool ! We had the pleasure of Konstantinos Katikakis to call upon for a lift to Rethymno for some great evenings eating....the most hospitable taxi man there is. Mind you just around the corner is a great little bar... great beer! I might have forgotten the owners...so helpful. We never had a problem but I’m confident if there were one they would have had things put right straight away. We’re going back next year......
