Eleon Residences are a complex of two independent, luxurious residences of 159 sqm with private pools, gardens and terraces. Built in 2008 in Estavromenos, Nea Magnisia- only 9klm away from the picturesque city of Rethymno, these villas offer discrete luxury, comfort and style and are ideal for families and groups of friends.

Villa Alea

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with two single beds that has access to the swimming pool and garden and a bathroom with a tub. Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor where there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite WC, a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a tub.

Villa Okalia

The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a tub. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. One has an en suite WC and the other one a separate bathroom with a tub.

The Eleon residences have an exquisite outdoor setting. Each villa has its own private swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds, outdoor dining table and lounge area and a BBQ.

The lush garden with the olive trees, bougainvilleas and other trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky.

5.00 - ”Outstanding”

First time in Crete so first time staying at this fabulous property. Well...where to start? The great position ...the superb villa...the owner...first off we had a hire car which made things spontaneous but we did, on the suggestion of the owner, have a superb taxi driver. The position was ...well..again..just far enough away from things that gave us a feeling of being alone enough to enjoy our own company. The property is so well equipped I’m not sure we missed anything. The pool of course was such an attraction it was hard to choose beach or pool ! We had the pleasure of Konstantinos Katikakis to call upon for a lift to Rethymno for some great evenings eating....the most hospitable taxi man there is. Mind you just around the corner is a great little bar... great beer! I might have forgotten the owners...so helpful. We never had a problem but I’m confident if there were one they would have had things put right straight away. We’re going back next year......
