The ground floor consists of 2 separate living areas with fireplace and library with books offered to guests for reading, dining area for 10 people, the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor kitchen area and the Guest WC.
On this level there is a separate studio with 2 connecting rooms, featuring a bedroom with queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a living room with elegant desk, providing direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people, with the use of a double sofa-bed.
Presidential Suite takes up the majority of the upper floor and enjoys bird’s eye views of the Aegean sea, the old harbor, Chania town and the «White mountains» through its ceiling-high glass windows. It consists of a relaxing private indoor lounge with original Asian furniture, the romantic master bedroom that makes it ideal for a honeymoon stay, the en-suite bathroom with elegantly built heated jacuzzi and plunge pool, a walk-in closet and an office area with elegant desk and inspirational garden views. You will definitely fall in love with it!

On the first floor, the Twin Bedroom features two comfortable single beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub. It is ideal for two adults sharing room or the family’s children.
At the lower level, the property features a separate 2 rooms studio, with independence entrance from the main villa. The studio features a bedroom with a semi-double bed, bathroom with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has access to private outdoor dining table and chairs. The studio is ideal for support staff or tenants that wish to maintain their privacy during a large group stay and is rented at an additional cost, upon request only.
