Villa Serenity Cove is a true haven of relaxation and elegance. Consisting of 5 bedrooms, it offers stunning views of the azure sea and the picturesque surrounding landscape, creating a serene and luxurious ambiance.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, and two with sharing bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest room including a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen and dining area.
On the upper level, you will find a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The open living area includes a large sectional sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a wall-mounted television, creating a cozy and inviting space. The room also features a fireplace and large sliding glass doors that open to a balcony, offering stunning views of the ocean and mountains.
The two-story villa itself boasts large windows and balconies, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and clear blue skies.

The focal point of the outdoor area is a stunning rectangular swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck. The pool area is complemented by several lounge chairs lined up on the deck, providing ample seating for sunbathing and relaxation. Adjacent to the pool, there is a charming seating area with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. The exterior design features a harmonious blend of stone and stucco, creating a contemporary yet natural look that seamlessly integrates with the serene backdrop of hills. This outdoor space is designed to offer both luxury and tranquility, making it an inviting and luxurious retreat.

Wonderful stay at Serenity Cove !
We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Serenity Cove, a superb retreat villa with spectacular views of Mirabello Bay!
Located in the hills above Agios Nicholas, at the end of a road, it is a truly quiet oasis with a mere 5 minute drive to the harbour!
The villa has everything you need without even having to go to the shops immediately upon arrival, a great stress buster, and you get into the holiday straightaway !
It has a natural, & relaxing atmosphere & is furnished with everything you need for effortless in & outdoor living. Every window has its own special view!
The kitchen is equipped with many of the basic kitchen necessities (such as teas, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, cleaning soaps etc) provided for the duration of the stay.
We were gifted a very generous welcome pack… regional wines, cheese, milk, eggs etc…..a great consideration for the weary traveller who has little energy after a long day travelling to start thinking about shopping as soon as they arrive at the villa.
The bedrooms are light and airy, the king size beds are very supportive and there are large balconies so you can take in the the wonderful views from every room in the house!
There are 3 bathrooms, one on the first floor, & two on the ground floor which is great for access to the pool. All have super facilities including large walk - in raindrop showers & have lovely spa toiletries,
All the windows of the property have both shutters and netting so you can open the windows and enjoy the fresh air without always having to use the air con.
On both floors, the outdoor living space is fantastic, with comfortable sun loungers and large parasols for shade.
One of the best & unique features of Villa Serenity Cove is its superb loggia on the first floor, with a retractable canopy for shade .
It is a fantastic space with a dining table and views you do not want to move from!
The hills behind ensure a lot of birds become frequent visitors to your garden all day long, including birds of prey!
The views all around the villa are spectacular, from the loggia, like the harbour master of Agios Nicholas, you can survey every sailing boat, tall ship and super yacht passing by!
