Villa Serenity is a beautiful villa built in the traditional and peaceful village of Prines near Rethymnon. It lies on three levels and has five ensuite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a living area with a fireplace and a gym room for those who want to stay fit on their holiday.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Villa Serenity lies on three floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace with access to the pool and the kitchen with a dining table for 10 people and access to the BBQ area. On this level there is also a master bedroom with a wardrobe, en suite bathroom with a tub and access to the pool area.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom and balcony. The first one has a double bed and a shower, the second a double bed and a tub and the third twin beds and a shower.
The lower ground lever has a one more double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with a shower, one extra bathroom with a shower and a fitness room with gym equipment and a table tennis.

The house is surrounded by trees and local flowers and offers a 55sqm private pool with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Outside the living room is a dining/ sitting area whereas a BBQ area with another dining tabel is out on a veranda.
