Villa Sendal is newly built residence located just a few minutes away from the worldwide known island of Spinalonga, the picturesque village of Plaka and a few kilometers away from the famous resort of Elounda.
The villa is the definition of style and luxury, decorated with modern furniture and appliances and comprises of 6 en suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house takes full advantage of the amazing panoramic views of the sea and landscape offering privacy and tranquility that ensure a relaxing and unforgettable holiday!

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The villa is the definition of style and luxury, decorated with modern furniture and appliances and comprises of 6 en suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house takes full advantage of the amazing panoramic views of the sea and landscape offering privacy and tranquility that ensure a relaxing and unforgettable holiday!
Villa Sendal has a 450sqm interior area, spread over three floors. As you enter the house you will reach the main living room with its minimal and elegant decoration and large windows that offer amazing views to the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Next is the fully fitted modern kitchen with the dining area, with a WC and a laundry room one level down from the living area. On the first floor you will find three master bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. Two en-suite bedrooms with two single beds each (convertible into double beds) are located on the level below the main living area. All bedrooms are 20-40 sqm have air conditioning and offer beautiful views of the sea! The villa also offers a separate TV/ games room, with a large smart TV as well as a SONOS sound system.
Outside the villa there is an independent double bedroom with its own shower bathroom.
