Villa Posidon

This beautiful villa was the perfect vacation place for our family of six (two parents and four young adult children). It is a calm place with an excellent view on the sea (200 meters). Several restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries are located at a five minute drive (or 10-20 min walking) from the location. The outside amenities are wonderful with several different shaded and sunny sitting areas, and the pool is heavenly (with outdoor shower). The inside is very spacious with all the modern commodities and appliances . Certain drawers, doors or furniture need slight maintenance to be in top condition, but it wasn’t bothersome and didn’t impact our stay. We’re very happy for our stay. The host was very kind, reactive and helpful. The villa is located at about a 30min drive from Chania (an important attraction, especially in the afternoon and evening) and about a hour from Elafonisi beach, and 40 min from Balos Beach and Falassarna Beach, all super beautiful and well worth visiting.

This villa was beautiful and provided everything my friends and I could ask for in a week long stay. We were happy to be there and spent time at the pool. It had a lot of restaurants and markets within walking distance as well as a bus stop to access other parts of the island. Great place!

A lovely holiday, the villa is very spacious inside providing ample room for a large party (8 adults) to follow different activities. WiFi and Netflix worked superbly. The outdoor provision is large and includes a lovely pool and large seating area in both sun and shade in sight and sound of the sea. The barbecue area provided us with evening entertainment. The villa is located in walking distance of enough restaurants to ring the changes and within 100m of the sea. The owners were easy to contact if needed. We would willingly return!!

Really spacious villa both inside and out. Grounds and pool really lovely and well maintained. Excellent location for beach and local restaurants. Only improvement I would suggest is to add a visitors book with suggestions and tips.

Seven of us stayed here recently and had a great time. Location wise, the villa is no more than 100 metres from the beach and very close to a number of very good restaurants (all within walking distance). The villa is very spacious, both inside and outside, with the poolside area really being the massive positive of the property. There are two shops nearby for almost everything you could need whilst on holiday and a pharmacy nearby too. The bus stop for catching the bus east or west is also no moe than a five minute walk away. We had some minor issues but Petros responded to our messages within minutes and sorted them out immediately. An all round gem if you want a relaxing break as a small group.
