The villa can accommodate up to eight people in an area of 200 square meters. Boasting four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and luxury fittings.
There are three floors: Upper ground floor. There is a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen having direct access to the terrace with its own living space overlooking the pool. The two corners of the terrace have a patio with tables for breakfast, dining and more. Lower ground floor. There are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a service area equipped for laundry and ironing. There is direct access to the pool and a winter garden. First floor. The master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, overlooking the pool, has a balcony surrounding the area with a magnificent view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with chairs and a small table for a cozy breakfast. Each room is equipped with A/C.
