Villa Marianna is a three-floor, recently renovated villa that sits majestically on a hill nestled between the charming towns of Elounda and Agios Nikolaos, overlooking the serene waters of the Mirabello Bay. With its stunning panoramic views, this villa offers a luxurious retreat for those seeking tranquility and beauty
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Upon entering the villa, a spacious living room welcomes you with its cozy ambiance, adorned with tasteful furnishings and décor. Adjacent to the living room is a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary endeavors. This level has access to a balcony where guests can enjoy the breathtaking vistas of the amazing scenery. A convenient WC is also located on this floor, providing ease and comfort for guests.
Ascending the upper floor, you will discover two luxurious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring refreshing showers. These bedrooms offer not only comfort but also access to a balcony, where one can relish in the majestic views of the bay and blue sea.
On the lower- ground floor, guests will discover a cozy living room featuring a welcoming fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Large glass doors lead out to the inviting pool area, where a sparkling pool beckons for a refreshing dip.
Accommodations on this floor include two additional double bedrooms (that can convert into twins according to guests needs) and a charming single bedroom, providing ample space for family and guests. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower completes the amenities on this level.

Ive been home 24 hours but have already recommended Marianna Villa and the town of Agias Nikolaos to all my friends and family.
Ive been home 24 hours but have already recommended Marianna Villa and the town of Agias Nikolaos to all my friends and family. The house is massive with outdoor space with comfortable furniture on all 3 levels, so you can sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather Crete has to offer. Despite reviewing the photos beforehand, I was still surprised by how much space we had within the house and outside. There is AC on all levels which was a god send even in September. The kitchen is well appointed with essentials and had a lovely welcome pack of goodies which was very appreciated.
We quickly discovered the town of Agias Nikolaos was a 10 min drive or €15 taxi down the hill. This suited us well, we could go down for a meal and to enjoy the beach and then retreat back to our villa to watch the sun go down over the mountains. I would go back in a heart beat. Thanks for a great stay Antonis!

The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, and had extra amenities not listed.

Antonis was a great host that communicated easily through a different app. We loved the local little beach bar just down the road. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the location is that during the week construction started early on some new houses that are across the hill.

Antonis was fantastic, always available and helpful with anything we needed.
The villa was absolutely perfect — even better than the photos! It’s beautifully designed for a family vacation and has something for every age. The spacious living areas on every floor, huge screens, PlayStation for the kids, great sound systems, comfortable sofas, and the incredible views over the bay and sea made it truly special.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen — grilling meat and fresh fish and making pizzas in the pizza oven was such a fun experience!
The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the location between Elounda and Agios Nikolaos couldn’t have been better, allowing us to easily enjoy both areas.
Antonis was fantastic, always available and helpful with anything we needed.

There was nothing missing in the kitchen again.
The only thing was that the beds and pillows were not that comfortable, and the bedding didn't feel luxurious either.
In addition, two of the rooms on the lower floor were not as luxurious as those upstairs, and the double bed was made up of two single beds, which was uncomfortable. In addition, two of the three rooms downstairs also have no window (one has a very small window).
Beyond that, it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it!!!!

Very beautiful house with a lovely pool and a large outdoor area. The house was well-equipped, and the host provided us with a small grocery supply as a welcome gift. However, upon our arrival, the kitchen floor was dirty and the dishwasher was defective. We notified the host, who sent a cleaning team the next day to clean the entire house. Unfortunately, the dishwasher only worked on the last day.

Our stay at the Villa was outstanding and even better than the photos.
Everything is of exceptional quality, especially the mattress, which was easily a 10/10. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought into every detail of the concept, and it shows throughout the property. The villa is incredibly well equipped – there is truly nothing missing. From a chess board, darts, and a PS5 to TVs throughout the villa, the list of amenities goes on and on. The pool and BBQ area are particularly impressive and make the stay even more special.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was friendly and efficient, and we received great recommendations for restaurants and local activities before arriving. The recommended taxi service was reliable and significantly cheaper than other options. We also met the owner personally and were impressed by how much he cares about his guests. We really appreciated the food in the fridge and on the counter as we arrived! The house is beautiful and we had a great time! Loved the small touches such as darts/backgammon board.

The villa was simply beautiful – just like in the pictures, if not even more beautiful
There are lovingly designed corners to discover everywhere, so you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms were fantastic and the beds incredibly comfortable. We particularly liked the thick, cosy blankets – absolutely perfect in May and by no means a given. Even the small details, like the music boxes, made the stay even more special.
The communication was warm and uncomplicated at all times. We were even recommended a private head chef who came to our villa and cooked for us – an absolute highlight!
Overall, we can really recommend the villa 1000%. We would come back at any time and are sure that we will return at some point. We have rarely experienced such a beautiful place.

We had a great time in Antonis' house.
The house is very well equipped with quality amenities. Each floor offers an impressive view of the sea and everything is done to ensure that the different spaces of the house are comfortable. The house is 10 minutes from all amenities The house when we arrived already had everything necessary to make the first meals which is very nice. Last point Antonis adapted the Check out to the late schedule of our plane. Again, it's appreciable.

This Villa was a dream.
This Villa was a dream and Antonis was an amazingly helpful and responsive Host. We stayed with two babies and literally felt like we were in a hotel. Everything was pristine, clean and sparkling. The views are unbelievable and the Pool was clean and well cared for. All in all this is an amazing Villa and we would be delighted to return.
