Villa Mare is a new villa with a high standard design and construction quality, located in Falassarna with a magical view of the Cretan sea and mountains. The well-known baby beach Falassarna with crystal blue waters is only 800 meters away! Whenever you may choose to sit and relax, you will enjoy the gorgeous sunset.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Villa Mare is a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor with the other one. The bathrooms on the first floor are ensuite with showers. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool with a secure session for kids to swim, and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink, cupboards, and preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the Seaview and fresh air. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
Heated Pool PolicyThe swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days` advance notice for this facility.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
