Villa Kera is a newly renovated old farmstead 3 bedroom villa. It represents the typical old farmhouses of the largest families in the area. Though within the mountain village of Kera, it is fully isolated from the outside world, and only 8km from the nearest beach!
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The villa is 100 sqm, built in the 50’s. Its interior decoration is influenced largely by the traditional decor styles of the rural areas. Inside it you will find a perfect marriage between traditional furniture and modern appliances and utilities.
As you enter the premise from the private driveway and parking spot, you will see the pool and the outside dining area in front of the entrance. Entering the main entrance, you find yourself immediately in the living area. On your right hand side, you will find one bedroom with two single beds. On your left hand side, you will find the fully equipped kitchen. Other than the basics such as silverware, pots and pans and refrigerator, there is also a microwave and an espresso maker. Beyond the kitchen, you will find the bathroom and the other two bedrooms, both of them with a double bed.

As you enter the villa you can find the parking area and the swimming pool with the sunbeds. The outside of the villa has large terrace with a BBQ area and a garden with local herbs and trees.
