Villa Jamila is 5 bedroom, Scandinavian designed, ultra luxurious villa, built on a 4,000sqm plot of land. It is situated near the quiet village of Kalathas, on the Akrotiri peninsula, a few kilometres from the center of the Venetian town of Chania.
The 270sqm villa is set on two levels and offers 5 stylishly decorated en suite bedrooms, a modern lounge and dining area,a fully fitted open plan kitchen, a gorgeous infinity pool and furnished terraces. The villa is built only a few meters away from the sea and offers panoramic views of the area and a sense of privacy to its visitors.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The main entrance opens to an open plan living area with a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a sspacious modern kitchen and a dining area for ten. Glass doors lead to the pool area whereas floor to ceilling windows offer generous views to the sea in front and allow the sunlight to fill the house.
A large master bedroom is on this level and has a walk-in-closet and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Two double bedrooms on the other side of the living area, each with its own shower bathroom and wardrobe. All three bedrooms have access to the pool and main terrace while they also have their own covered terrace.
The lower level consists of two more bedrooms, with twin beds and en suite shower bathrooms. These bedrooms have access both from the interior of the house and from outside. On this level you`ll also find a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
The villa is built a few meters away from the sea and offers uninterrupted, magical views of the Akrotiri Bay. You can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or meal at the large covered terrace with the high quality dining furniture next to the pool or have a cooling swim at the large (10mx6m) infinity pool. At the end of the day Villa Kalathas is perfect for a drink watching the sunset.
At the front of the villa there is a covered parking area for three cars and a well kept lawn garden with flowers and local trees.
