The ground level of Villa Iokasti comprises of a luxury studio with a living room with two sofa beds (one double and one single), a fully fitted kitchen, a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub,a mini gym, internet corner, library, and play area for small kids.
On the upper level you`ll find a second modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 persons and the open plan lounge with a fireplace. This level has access to a furnished veranda ideal for day and evening relaxation.
The second floor features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and shares a spacious, shaded balcony with the second bedroom that has a double bed. From this balcony guests can enjoy incredible views of the beautiful surroundings.
The third bedroom has also a double bed and a veranda with view and is decorated in orange and beige.
The rooms are airconditioned and decorated in soft,romantic colours and modern paintings.
Villa Iokasti is built on a 3.500sqm plot of land and is surrounded by olive groves, orange trees, and garden with flowers and cretan herbs. Amongst the gardensis a private swimming pool and the kid’s pool with umbrellas, sun beds and outdoor shower.
The villa also features an outdoor dining table, a BBQ, a small playground for children and a private parking place.
The area is quiet and relaxing although the lively villages of Platanias and Agia Marina are a few mimutes away. Guests should not fail to visit some of the most famous sandy beaches in Crete (Falassarna, Gramvousa, Balos, Agia Marina) which are about a 20minute drive away.

5.00 - ”Wonderful Experience
”
It was a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. The villa, the garden, the surroundings are amazing and the owners really nice. We were actually spoiled with delicious desserts and we felt very welcomed! The views of the sea and mountains from the property are breathtaking! We’ll definitely return there some day.
