The villa has a fantastic location, just a minute's walk from the beach, cozy restaurants and a grocery store. If you want more city life, Agios Nikolaos is only 10 minutes away, while Malia can be reached in about 40 minutes. In other words, perfectly located for both relaxation and excursions. The booking process and communication along the way went completely painlessly, and the villa met the expectations – just as it was shown in the pictures. We were a group of 13 friends, and everyone was delighted with the stay.

Exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very well maintained, clean and modern amenities. My family and I had a great time, we spent considerable time in the villa enjoying the family room, pool and gym. The proximity to the beach was just steps away with great restaurants close by. Thanks for a great stay Antonis, looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Crete

4.80 - ”Lovely stay in Villa Edem”
Having arrived on Saturday evening as a party of 11 we were all pleasantly surprised how lovely the villa was, better than the photos!
The lovely beach is literally across a quiet road in front of you.
We reserved the free sunbeds that come with the Villa with ease with the Skinos Restaurant and they could not be any more polite or helpful for the whole stay!.
The food and drinks were fantastic.
All the bedrooms are of a good size with good air conditioning providing towels for the pool and beach.
You did not feel on top of each other and the correspondance was faultless and we were really helped out with our check out!
Would definitely recommend!!
Also, easy to get taxis into the centre.

Our stay at edem villa was wonderful, the three tavernas opposite the villa where brilliant We either eat in them or got takeaway, plus they even bought our food over to us. I would definitely recommend this villa

3.60 - ”This place is lovely and a great spot for big groups. ”
That said, it's on a very busy and loud thoroughfare and several minutes away from proper shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool is lovely. Make sure they heat it a day in advance if you need it warmed up. Bring your own Firestick or similar, or an HDMI cable to connect to the televisions. There is no netflix, prime video, etc. on offer. We really liked the place but didn't love it. The footprint/layout is weird and the location just isn't ideal

We had an amazing holiday!
The house is brand new, with stunning interior architecture and clearly designed by someone with great taste. The large pool in the luxurious garden was a highlight, and the air conditioning throughout the house worked perfectly.
As a parent of two young children, I often find it hard to relax, but this place made it so easy. The area is peaceful, yet there are three restaurants right outside the door, adding a bit of liveliness and, of course, convenient dining options.
Every morning, sunbeds were reserved for us at a beautiful sandy beach, which is exceptional by Greek standards. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, tranquility, convenience, and a touch of charm with nearby restaurants.
