Villa Diamond is an amazing brand new, beachfront villa located near the cosmopolitan town of Hersonissos. The luxurious villa consists of three levels. It is built on a unique location only 2 meters away from the sea offering privacy, absolute relaxation, panoramic sea views and a superb accommodation to its guests.
The villa has five beautifully decorated bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guests, a modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious and elegant living areas plus a studio that can be used for the staff. A private pool, a huge lawn garden, the outdoor sitting areas and the sea in front of the villa complete the stunning scenery and ensure that even the most demanding client will enjoy a holiday in heaven!

On the ground level there are two living rooms with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level you`ll find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with air conditioning, TV, wardrobe) offering sea and garden views, and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. A large terrace overlooks the pool and sea.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, two doubles and one twin (can be converted into a double. All bedrooms have a balcony with garden and sea view, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a TV.
There is also a furnished terrace ideal to sit, relax and have a drink while enjoying the views of the surrounding landscape.
From the ground floor an external staircase leads to a lower level. On this level there there is an independent studio which can be used for the staff with a double bed, a closet, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a TV and a small kitchenette.
Villa Diamond offers by a beautiful big garden with lawn, flowers and trees. It has a big private pool with a Jacuzzi and comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and bamboo sofas in the garden.
There is a BBQ area under a pergola, with oven, grill, a dining table and a closed area with a kitchenette, fireplace, indoor table and a WC.
Highlight of the villa? The sandy beach in front and the sparkling waters of the sea which is only 7 steps away!

5.00 - ”spacious and beautiful ”
The house is spacious and beautiful with every amenity you wish for. The house is very well decorated and equipped. Antonis and his daughter Peny were very attentive and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. The house was spotless and the garden and pool are superbly well kept. The pool, the beautiful garden and the different sitting and eating areas outside are amazing! The pool is very big and right on the seaside and beach. You have complete privacy in the house and in the pool and garden. There is direct private access to the beach and there is a pleasant coffee and bar place on the beach next door with the nicest waiter . We dream of coming back!

5.00 - ”Magnificent villa by the sea”
A luxurious villa, large garden leading down to the beach. Pool, garden shaded area, BBQ area with outdoor and indoor eating area; complete with bread/pizza oven!
The pool and garden was serviced once per week and the maid visited twice per week to clean etc. All bedding, beach towels, etc, etc were of the highest quality.
The beach was a bit rocky but plenty of sandy areas within a minutes walk.
Shops within 10 min walk or 2 in the car!
Hersonissos town 5 to 10 minutes by car, or 20/30 minutes walk many restaurants, bars, shops in town.
There are other hotels/resorts nearby. Once or twice the late evening music was a little loud.
