Villa Anastasia is a luxury situated in peaceful village of Prines only 6 klm from Rethymnon. The villa offers absolute privacy and combines a traditional Cretan style decoration with luxury and a modern touch.The house is ecological and was built to fit its natural surroundings and was constructed according to the traditional architecture of the past century using only natural materials such as stone and wood.
This 120sqm, two storey villa is built on a beautiful plot of land of 800 sqm amongst olive trees and colourful flowers. It features a swimming pool and offes all the facilities that will make your vacation comfortable and memorable.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
As you enter the house you will see a cosy living room, decorated in a traditional style and a stone built fireplace, an open plan kitchen and a dining area. On the ground lever is a master bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace and a twin bedroom with access to the garden. These rooms share a bathroom whith a tub.
A wooden staircase leads up to a cosy attic and the third bedroom wich has a double bed. On this level there is also a WC with a shower room.
The bedrooms have air conditioning, heating radiators and ceiling fans.

THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
The villa ensures privacy and the outdoors will fascinate its guests. Trees in the garden and terrace offer shade from the hot sun while flowers spread their scent in the atmosphere.
You can have a swim in the 32sqm private pool or sunbath on the comfy beds and umbrellas around it. A few steps from the pool there you`ll see a furnished terrace with a built-in sofa with cushions and a tent, a large marble table with extra seats and a stone built BBQ. This spot is ideal for an afternoon drink or an evening meal under the stars.
For those travelling with small kids the villa offers also a small children’s playground under the trees.
