Villa Aeriko is a 200m stone built villa, located in the Akrotiri Peninsula, in the prefecture of Chania. The residence stands in a 3.700sqm plot of land and overlooks the Souda bay offering mesmerizing views of the sea and mountains.

This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms that accommodate 9 guests, stylish and well equipped interior areas and is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday as it is close to sandy beaches and a few kilometers away from the town of Chania with its lovely Old Venetina Harbor and Old City.
THE SPACE

Inside the villa

The 200sqm villa is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan area with a cosy living room with a fireplace, dining spot and fully equipped kitchen. On this level there is also one of the bedrooms and a big bathroom.

On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms boasting great views of the Souda Bay and the White Mountains. Each bedroom has a closet while in two of the bedrooms a baby cot can be placed upon request. This floor has also two more bathrooms.

The villa’s interior is beautifully decorated with artworks of famous Greek painters, creating a luxurious and cosy atmosphere.
THE OUTDOORS

Outside the villa

Villa Aeriko is built on a 3.600sqm plot of land and is surrounded by a 300sqm lawn garden with olive trees, local and tropical plants, herbs and a vineyard. There are two private pools, one of 40sqm for adults and one of 11sqm for children, a BBQ area promises endless hours of relaxation and a large outdoor chessboard.
