it is decorated to a really high specification. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves if we wished. The pool was clean and normally very quiet, most of the time we had it to ourselves. It’s a short walk into town, most of which is on the promenade with beautiful views of the sea.

We couldn't have asked more from our hosts. Maria was our contact and she was fantastic. Not just quickly answer any questions we had but she also arranged for us to take boat trip to a local tourist spot, all free of charge. The apartment is great, very spacious, clean and with a modern interior. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Agios Nikolaos.

Equipped with basic necessities and even Nespresso capsules. We were able to delay the check-out, as we had a late evening flight. There is a nice swimming pool, useful when returning from the beaches for a last dip. We'd love to come back.

ad a great time during our 2 week stay. Very comfortable with everything working well including the AC the wifi, and all of the appliances. Everything was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the private parking, as well as the pool. The apartment is in a very private area. Super quiet building. You can walk into the old town in about 10-15 minutes. There are a few restaurants really close to the building if you don’t feel like walking into town. A great beach (Ammoudi) with restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The hosts were communicative and answered our questions very quickly. They were very kind, friendly and generous. They left lots of small treats and reached out from time to time to see if we needed anything. We were really grateful to them for offering an excursion to the island of Spinalonga. This was one of the nicest things an Airbnb host has ever done for us. We have stayed in over 70 Airbnb’s over the last 10 years and we highly recommend this one!

A lakàs szèp modern stilusban berendezett , csendes, kènyelmes. Közel a tengerparthoz , belvàroshoz. Antonis nagyon segítőkész igyekezett hogy problèma mentes legyen az ott töltött időnk. Szuper szàllàsdó , köszönjük !

Mooi appartement met een lekker bed. Alles is aanwezig. Een super lieve eigenaresse die snel reageerde op mijn vragen.

The owner himself came to give us the keys. The apartment is very well located, close to the center and quiet. Modern and very nice decoration. The bathroom is a bit small but it didn't bother us. The pool is big and there is never anyone. Free parking.
Communication with the agency a little complicated at first. The main issue was ants, we couldn't leave any food in the cupboards.

The flat is in a very calm area, with plenty of parking space and several restaurants and markets nearby. It is on the first foor, with very equipped kitchen (honey, coffee, a bit of olive oil, etc). The dining room is big with a large TV set and a nice couch. The sleeping room is okay with space for your stuff. Beds are very comfy. The bathroom is a bit tidy but manageable in 2 people, excellent bodycare products were offered by the owner. The ppol is nice. A anifr beach is in walking distance. The owner gave us a lot of suggestions about trips and where to eat. A good base to visit the north and Ierapetra is not far.
We left some food opened in the kitchen and we found several ants, you should just be careful

Bel appartement, bien placé, tout confort, piscine agréable et facile de stationner (place de parking) nous recommanderions a nos amis et échange facile avec notre hôte

Le ménage qui n'était pas fait correctement, les toilettes et les sols étaient sales. L'alèse de lit était tachée. La piscine n'était pas en eau et personne ne nous a prévenus avant la location qu'elle n'était pas fonctionnelle. La salle d'eau est minuscule avec un WC dedans Le canapé-lit n'est pas conçu pour y dormir et n'a pas de matelas

Luxe, modern appartement. Met 3 balkonnetjes. Van alle gemak voorzien. Verhuurder belde vooraf wanneer we de sleuteloverdracht konden doen. En uitchecken was heel soepel. Dik 20 minuten lopen vanaf het bruisende centrum. Maar goed.

El apartamento era súper bien equipado, con la lavadora también que no consta en la web. Cocina súper bien equipada. Nosotros viajamos con la Niña pequeña y también había cuna para ella. Hay piscina, parking y muy cerca la playa y buenas restaurantes. Los dueños súper amables, nuestra hija recibí un regalo- peluche y para nosotros había vino de bienvenida! Ubicación de apartamento está muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho!

De grote van het appartement was echt goed. Meerdere balkonnetjes erbij zodat je altijd of zon of juist schaduw hebt. keuken + spullen was ideaal om zelf een ontbijt te maken en meneer had al vanalles in de keuken staan zoals kruiden, maar ook wijn en koffie/thee. In de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn goed werkende airco's te vinden. Verder een kleine maar prima badkamer waar het enige nadeel was dat je de douchekop niet kon ophangen maar vast moest houden. Daarnaast is er ook een prima slaapbank en nog opties tot het gebruik van de wasmachine waarbij ook waspoeder al klaarligt. Voor de overige was is er ook een stoom apparaat, strijkijzer en droogrek op het balkon. Het zwembad is niet al te groot maar wel precies zoals op de foto's. In de hoek zit nog een douche en er zijn genoeg bedjes. Mocht je een huurauto nemen is er een gratis parkeerplaats beschikbaar voor de deur. Verder heb je als directe buren restaurant KriKri waar je erg goed(koop) kunt lunchen en juist de andere kant op zit amoodi beach bar op 400meter waar je voor €10,- 2 bedjes met parasol kunt bemachtigen. Heerlijk zand strand erbij, muziek wordt er afgespeeld en je hebt de opties tot eten en drinken. De binnenhaven voor de kroegjes en restaurants is wel op ruim 20min lopen maar het is vanaf amoodi een brede stoep waar je veilig kunt lopen en nagenoeg vlak.

This is a fantastic apartment with everything you need from a stay plus lots more. Ideally placed a short walk from beach and lots of great food places. The hosts are outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. Pleasure to stay at the apartment for 10 days in September, will be back

Incredible hosts, after delayed flight and 1am arrival we were met and shown the apartment and facilities, fantastic communication from Maria. The apartment is very well equipped with all you will need and more for your holiday. Very modern with excellent A/C. 3 balconies and lots of space with very modern fridges/freezers and kitchen equipment. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the main beach and there are plenty of excellent food places close by. town centre and harbour is about a 30 minute walk. Only think lacking is a sea view but there is a very good pool on site which when we stayed was free every day. On the last day needed a late checkout and all very supportive and accommodating. The area is very safe, we used to walk back along the beach after 10pm and never felt concerned, the locals are incredibly friendly. So to sum up a brilliant stay with fantastic hosts in a great setting in a great country . We will be back. Thank you for having us xx. For an older person maybe the walk to the harbour and town centre maybe a bit far but tbh there are a lot of taxi's.
