Agios Nikolaos is the most delightful waterfront town - and this apartment is a great way to enjoy it.
The view of the water from our apartment - Suite 2 - was unbeatable, from the sitting area, the deck, the bed or even the bath! Everything we needed, and kept beautifully clean by Matina.
Very comfortable king size bed, spacious rain shower, excellent fittings, and a functional small kitchen. Loved the separate lounge/eating area and the small deck overlooking the lively but not too noisy street and the harbour.
Great having a welcome basket of goodies as well as a super-friendly pizzeria just downstairs, and short walk to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The stay exceeded our expectations! The apartment felt like new and offered more than you could ask for - bathrobes, slippers, fruit, sandwiches, eggs, jam, etc. Incredibly nicely styled and felt like a luxury every day. Agios Nikolaos is also incredibly cozy and feels like a genuine and well-kept area but with lots of good restaurants. The only tiny minus associated with the area is that we got the impression that many of Crete's finest beaches are located too far from the accommodation. The best thing about everything was probably Matina, an incredibly kind and humble host who made sure that every day was sparkling clean

Beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Very easily walkable into what is the best part of town for restaurants and nightlife. The cleaner and hosting team were exceptional. We were there in a mega hot week and the air con was a total life saver. Very effective. Parking was our only concern and we managed to get a space everyday within a few minute walk along the sea front. Will use again, thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks. The location was perfect on the seafront; a few minutes walk from The Lake area and its vast selection of restaurants. Also perfect for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the view and people watching. There is a great restaurant under the apartment which we enjoyed a few times. Good food and so friendly. We hired a car for the duration and always managed to find a parking space nearby. Antonis was always quick to respond to any questions we had. It is an extremely well-serviced apartment with regular clean towels and bedding and some surprising but much appreciated provisions on our arrival. Thank you Matina. The apartment is very well-equipped. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again if returning to Ag Nik.

Amazing and luxurious finishes, unreal views from the balcony, perfectly located for town and an easy drive to plenty of good beaches. Matina is very attentive and kind, there was food in the fridge on arrival and she gifted our daughter a cake, and Antonis was very quick to respond with any questions. One of my favourite Airbnb stays!

This was probably the most beautiful apartment we have ever vacationed in!
The view of the water is fantastic, it is super clean and very tastefully decorated. Everything nice and simple and extremely clean, the towels large and fluffy. There were even bathrobes, lovely:) When we arrived, there was even a filled fruit bowl and drinks in the fridge, some butter, cheese, marmalade, toast. Our contact person Matina was accessible at all times and took great care. In between, they cleaned flawlessly and even left us liqueur. Within walking distance there are supermarkets and good restaurants, as well as free parking. Since we were there before the start of the season, it was relaxed empty. In summary: 100% recommendation ♥️

This modern, polished concrete-Scandi haven, was exactly to our taste and what we were looking for.
Right on the promenade and around the corner from the beautiful lake packed with restaurants, you couldn't ask for a better chilled town-centre meets beach vibe. Inside the modern furnishings and balcony perfect for relaxing, made our stay extremely comfortable. the daily cleaning by the wonderful Matina added to keeping the minimalist touch, by removing every grain of sand each day. The sleek interior is how we would wish to decorate our own home, so put us at ease right away. A well stocked kitchen and a fridge full of local bounty and wine completed the amazing flat and made for a very warm welcome. Obviously, after all of the above, we would definitely recommend this place. Don't let it's newness on Air BnB put you off, the reviews speak for themselves.

We highly recommend this Airbnb! The view was incredible ! From the balcony, the bedroom and living room. Waking up to the view from the bedroom was gorgeous! I It was very clean. They left fruit, bread and honey. It was a nice treat to have waiting. Easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant, Mesogeiako, under the apartment was our favorite. We ate there twice in 3 days. A nice family run restaurant. Agio Nikolaos and staying at Seannamon Sea View Suite 2 is definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing time staying at Antonis’ place. <5 minute walk away from the harbour and lake in the centre of Agios Nikolaos. The apartment was cleaned every day and was always immaculate. It was somewhere we always enjoyed coming back to at the end of the day. Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views, looks exactly as it does in the photos and close to everything that you would need to enjoy your time here. Beaches and beach clubs 10 minute walks in either direction when you leave the apartment. Just book it

Anthonys place was impeccable. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean. It also had every amenitie that one could possibly need including some fruits and eggs already in the fridge! The apartment was perfect - beautifully designed, spacious, everything you could need in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom including robes, slippers and clean towels every second day, spotlessly cleaned every day by the fabulous Matina, gorgeous views of the sea, coastline and harbour especially from the balcony in the morning and at sunset, peaceful location, very safe and quiet even in the evening, great supermarket and parking space generally close by, super comfortable queen-sized bed and beautiful bed-linens, the bath to relax in after a day of visiting and being at the seaside! 5* accommodation and service. Beautifully decorated in a clean style but still with character. The bathtub was genius and a great way to enjoy the view of the sea or watch TV. Matina was the housekeeper and she was very helpful and tidied the apartment each day. She also kindly washed our clothes for us. The entrance does not look like much - but do not let that deceive you! It's amazing inside, even though the outside looks like a building site. Best thing is that you don't have to look at the front when you're inside your lovely balcony with a glass of wine :-). I highly recommend this place. Things to do: - go to Maistrali for dinner - best flat white is in Zygos - best massage of your life is in Bioaroma - best flat white with a view is Arc

We spent a week here in beautiful mid-October weather - thouroughly enjoyed our stay, 2 min walk to a tiny pebble beach for a morning swim and other sandy or pebble beaches within 8-20 min walks. Same for restaurants and nice cafés in town or on the beach. Parking was quite easy- we enjoyed having a car but not a must. Apartment lovely, modern, well equipped and very clean. Sweet balcony with seaview- but remember- you are in town so expect a little music/ talk/ cars to be heard! The very best was meeting Martina- the loveliest housekeeper ever who cleans daily!!!

Antonis' home is beautiful. We couldn't get enough of the sea view. We were also very warmly welcomed; the property is cleaned daily. Supermarkets and numerous restaurants can be reached quickly. Clear recommendation for this place :-)

I really liked that the owners did not skimp on quality furniture and bathrooms. everything is also done very comfortably and you don't feel that the apartment is not big. I was particularly impressed by the bathroom, which is why I chose these apartments. it's just a great location for relaxation and good photos for social networks. thank you!

Seannamon Suite no. 2 is a beautiful little gem.
The view onto the sea and part of the port is alive and breathtaking, and can be admired from every corner of the suite. The open bathroom and bedroom weave through one another so nicely with the bathtub in the bedroom as the centre piece. Matina, the housekeeper and contactperson, was super friendly and provided us with; a flexible check-in/check-out, bathrobes & slippers and some fresh fruits and a bottle of wine for our welcome. We had a wonderful stay :)

Amazing modern apartment in the heart of Agios!
The ambience is great, the apartment is super clean and perfectly well made for two people! The location is perfect , just 2 minutes from the main shopping street and 6 minutes from the main beaches! I will definitely come back!

One of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in!
Antonis’ place was perfect and spotless. The view is incredible and it was so nice sitting on the patio where there is a little nook to put your feet up and enjoy. This area was a highlight of Greece for us. The food was incredible, everything is walking distance from this air bnb and it was incredibly easy to get around. We communicated with Matina who was so sweet and gracious. Whenever we had questions she immediately responded and even helped us get to the bus stop the day we were leaving. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend not just this air bnb but this area of Crete as well!!

An amazing apartment, in the perfect location.
Very communicative and friendly hosts,. The bed was incredibly comfortable and huge! And the views out to sea were wonderful. Great kitchen set up if you ever wanted to cook, and a nespresso machine for morning coffees on the balcony over looking the sea. The apartment was cleaned every day to perfection. We would absolutely recommend this place to explore Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding areas.

The apartment is very comfortable and the location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The place was cleaned nicely everyday, there was really good provision of foods, equipment and amenities and the host gave lots of great suggestions for the local area. Es ist super schön und mit viel Geschmack renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Für 2 Personen absolut perfekt. Alles ist da, was man braucht und mit diesem Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen, ist unglaublich. Wir waren überrascht, dass jeden Tag sauber gemacht wurde. Es hat also durchaus etwas von einem Hotel. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit Matina war total nett. Sie war echt hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Stadtkern mit vielen Restaurants und Shops und die Küstenstraße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist auch nicht so laut wie befürchtet. Unser Fazit: Total gerne immer wieder!

only downside was the bathtub wasn't working, which was part of the reason we booked this place. Wish it had been fixed prior to our arrival. other than that it was truly perfect. We came for our babymoon to relax, and after a day of travel it was the best way to arrive on vacation. We were greeted by a personal welcome from the owner, and she showed us around the unit. They even provided water, wine, and some food for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and waking up with that view was lovely. location was also perfect. Easy walking distance to town but not necessarily in the middle of everything. But everything is so close and walkable you didn't really need to be right next to the lake. Highly recommend this location if you need to relax! Also, if you rent a car, parking is relatively easy. We always found parking within a 3 minute walk to the unit. Book with Antonis!
