Perfect apartment with a wonderful sea view.

Excellent location, a beautiful, modern, comfortable apartment. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a wonderful gift of food and beverages. Loved the balcony and the sea view. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunrise. A fantastic restaurant right below the apartments. A very short walk to the centre of town. Also excellent bath and shower products. We would definitely stay here again!

− Parking on the street is very limited. We did find a good parking lot a 10 minute walk away. Also free parking at the port which is also a 10 minute walk away

Wonderful

The view and the location were amazing! We also really appreciated that the fridge was stocked on arrival and that the kitchen had all the basic stuff you need. The bathtub and shower were also great.

− The parking situation was a bit tricky. We always managed to find a spot, but it was a bit inconvenient. Also if you need it to be really dark and quiet for sleeping, you should bring an eyemask and some earplugs.

− The apartment was initially hard to find as the address given did not bring us to the exact location of the apartment. Parking in the area is difficult, and we ended up parking a bit of a walk away from the apartment.

What a gem!

What a gem! We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful place. The design is stunning, with everything cleverly hidden behind sleek, flush walls. The patio overlooking the sea was wonderful, and we could walk everywhere in charming Agios Nikolaos.
We also loved the thoughtful food and wine waiting for us. And Matina’s daily cleaning and fresh towels made it feel like a high-end resort—with all the space and comfort of a condo. Off-the-charts wonderful. We definitely want to come back!

Amazing location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Truly a great experience. Only issue we had was with WIFI and host helped us fix that right away. Walking distance to everything. Hope to go again. Make sure you eat at Mitato the best place to eat. So many great places to swim nearby. It does get very windy though in the town. Don't think just book it.

Agios Nikolaos is the most delightful waterfront town - and this apartment is a great way to enjoy it.

The view of the water from our apartment - Suite 2 - was unbeatable, from the sitting area, the deck, the bed or even the bath! Everything we needed, and kept beautifully clean by Matina.
Very comfortable king size bed, spacious rain shower, excellent fittings, and a functional small kitchen. Loved the separate lounge/eating area and the small deck overlooking the lively but not too noisy street and the harbour.
Great having a welcome basket of goodies as well as a super-friendly pizzeria just downstairs, and short walk to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Definitely by far the best accommodation i stayed in during my crete trip, the view was unmatched, you can literally watch the sunrise directly from the balcony or from your bed or the bath.
Centrally located, directly in front of the ocean, less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, originally i was going to stay along the lake but I'm glad i chose this location instead.
Modern new apartment with all new facilities.
Hot water, aircon/heater, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, espresso coffee machine.
Tv with streaming apps.
Fruit, eggs, coffee pods and raki were all provided which i wasn't expecting.
The owner was so lovely, she made us feel welcome.
Thank you so much, would definitely stay here again.

The stay exceeded our expectations! The apartment felt like new and offered more than you could ask for - bathrobes, slippers, fruit, sandwiches, eggs, jam, etc. Incredibly nicely styled and felt like a luxury every day. Agios Nikolaos is also incredibly cozy and feels like a genuine and well-kept area but with lots of good restaurants. The only tiny minus associated with the area is that we got the impression that many of Crete's finest beaches are located too far from the accommodation. The best thing about everything was probably Matina, an incredibly kind and humble host who made sure that every day was sparkling clean

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks. The location was perfect on the seafront; a few minutes walk from The Lake area and its vast selection of restaurants. Also perfect for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the view and people watching. There is a great restaurant under the apartment which we enjoyed a few times. Good food and so friendly. We hired a car for the duration and always managed to find a parking space nearby. Antonis was always quick to respond to any questions we had. It is an extremely well-serviced apartment with regular clean towels and bedding and some surprising but much appreciated provisions on our arrival. Thank you Matina. There were even bathrobes, lovely:) When we arrived, there was even a filled fruit bowl and drinks in the fridge, some butter, cheese, marmalade, toast. Our contact person Matina was accessible at all times and took great care. In between, they cleaned flawlessly and even left us liqueur. Within walking distance there are supermarkets and good restaurants, as well as free parking. Since we were there before the start of the season, it was relaxed empty. This modern, polished concrete-Scandi haven, was exactly to our taste and what we were looking for.

Right on the promenade and around the corner from the beautiful lake packed with restaurants, you couldn't ask for a better chilled town-centre meets beach vibe. Inside the modern furnishings and balcony perfect for relaxing, made our stay extremely comfortable. the daily cleaning by the wonderful Matina added to keeping the minimalist touch, by removing every grain of sand each day. The sleek interior is how we would wish to decorate our own home, so put us at ease right away. A well stocked kitchen and a fridge full of local bounty and wine completed the amazing flat and made for a very warm welcome. Obviously, after all of the above, we would definitely recommend this place. Don't let it's newness on Air BnB put you off, the reviews speak for themselves.

We had an amazing time staying at Antonis’ place.

We had an amazing time staying at Antonis’ place. <5 minute walk away from the harbour and lake in the centre of Agios Nikolaos. The apartment was cleaned every day and was always immaculate. It was somewhere we always enjoyed coming back to at the end of the day. Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views, looks exactly as it does in the photos and close to everything that you would need to enjoy your time here. Beaches and beach clubs 10 minute walks in either direction when you leave the apartment. Just book it

Great, the apt is new and clean with modern furnishing, the view is fantastic. We stayed at Seanammon suites. Cleaning service every day though it is not a hotel. In case we come to Agois Nikolaos again, which is highly likely because we loved the town, we’ll definitely choose the amenities again!

Our stay in Crete was magic! The apartment was perfect - beautifully designed, spacious, everything you could need in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom including robes, slippers and clean towels every second day, spotlessly cleaned every day by the fabulous Matina, gorgeous views of the sea, coastline and harbour especially from the balcony in the morning and at sunset, peaceful location, very safe and quiet even in the evening, great supermarket and parking space generally close by, super comfortable queen-sized bed and beautiful bed-linens, the bath to relax in after a day of visiting and being at the seaside! Bliss! We can't wait to come back again. Thank you Antonis and Matina!

Matina was the housekeeper and she was very helpful and tidied the apartment each day. She also kindly washed our clothes for us. The entrance does not look like much - but do not let that deceive you! It's amazing inside, even though the outside looks like a building site. Best thing is that you don't have to look at the front when you're inside your lovely balcony with a glass of wine :-). I highly recommend this place. An absolute insider tip and by far the best Airbnb we had in all of Crete.

An absolute insider tip and by far the best Airbnb we had in all of Crete. Very easy check-in through a key box, parking is possible directly on the street. Super nice accommodation where you are woken up with sunrise directly from the bed. unique experience and remains unforgettable. Very modern furnishings, very clean, great style and get a bottle of water and fruit at the welcome. Super nice balcony where you could have spent the whole day. The location is directly on the sea, the center is within walking distance. A great restaurant right below the property. super quick response to messages and very friendly. Overall, we stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended and also for the value, perfectly fine.

We spent a week here in beautiful mid-October weather - thouroughly enjoyed our stay, 2 min walk to a tiny pebble beach for a morning swim and other sandy or pebble beaches within 8-20 min walks. Same for restaurants and nice cafés in town or on the beach. Parking was quite easy- we enjoyed having a car but not a must. Apartment lovely, modern, well equipped and very clean. Sweet balcony with seaview- but remember- you are in town so expect a little music/ talk/ cars to be heard! The very best was meeting Martina- the loveliest housekeeper ever who cleans daily!!!

Unser Fazit: Total gerne immer wieder!

We loved our stay here!

only downside was the bathtub wasn't working, which was part of the reason we booked this place. Wish it had been fixed prior to our arrival. other than that it was truly perfect. We came for our babymoon to relax, and after a day of travel it was the best way to arrive on vacation. We were greeted by a personal welcome from the owner, and she showed us around the unit. They even provided water, wine, and some food for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and waking up with that view was lovely. location was also perfect. Easy walking distance to town but not necessarily in the middle of everything. But everything is so close and walkable you didn't really need to be right next to the lake. Highly recommend this location if you need to relax! Also, if you rent a car, parking is relatively easy. We always found parking within a 3 minute walk to the unit. Book with Antonis!
