Sea View Villas are two private villas located in Agia Pelagia just 1km from the sandy beach with amazing sea views of Agia Pelagia Bay. Each of the villas has a private pool with three bedrooms all ensuite.

Each villa is built on one level and has 3 en suite bedrooms with shower bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with all necessary appliances.

The living room offers stylish and comfortable furniture with sea views of Agia Pelagia area.

Outside the villa

Each of the villas (Antheklia & Kallia) has a private swimming pool, with a children’s pool with sun loungers and umbrellas offering sea views. A BBQ area is also available with all equipment.
A playground is also available in each villa where children can spend their time playing around.

Great villa

Really happy with the service frpm Superoir villas. Because of the times we are currently living in we were not 100% certain we would be able to travel to Crete, SVC arranged a 100% assured booking which meant that our money was secure even if we were not able to travel. Thankfully our holiday was able to preceed & we enjoyed a lovely relaxing time at sea villa.
The villa was located on a hill just outside Agia Pelagia so the views of the village & sea where great. The Villa was cleaned twice weekly so always felt fresh & even when we did have a issue with one of the air conditioning units in a bedroom the maintaince team where out to fix it with the hour.
The local village had about 10 restaurants so there was enough variety & also a few small supermarkets so you could get some supplies.
We also hired a motorboat & visits a few deserted coves & also when a on quad bike tour which was fun.
