Step out onto the private balcony to soak in the stunning sea views. The balcony is furnished with a glass-top table and comfortable wicker chairs, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the apartment features a covered backyard patio, complete with a wooden dining table, stylish wicker chairs, and a grill.

Praticamente la casa dei sogni. Residenza appena ristrutturata, bellissima, spaziosa direttamente sul porto di Agios Nikolaos. Il
soffitto altissimo con travi a vista e le tre finestre sul porto conferiscono un carattere difficilmente replicabile altrove. Ampio backyard attrezzato con salottini e dotato di tutto il necessario per cene all’aperto. Arredata con tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, anche per un soggiorno prolungato. Una casa dove una famiglia potrebbe tranquillamente vivere. Abbiamo “faticato” al momento di andarcene.

5.00 - ”Very central house with direct sea view.”
What can I say? Everything is perfect. Very central house with direct sea view. Large spaces, all new and clean. There was nothing missing. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which had a whirlpool. There is also a third double bed on a mezzanine, which we did not use. I would definitely go back.
