Omnia Villas is a hilltop holiday residence, with 6 airy bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms ideal for 12-16 guests. Set only a few minutes driving away from the Beach of Kalathas and the town of Chania. With its high quality of facilities and amenities, the secluded stylish and stunning views will definitely be a true paradise for a vacation in Crete!
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Each of the two villas is designed to accommodate 6 guests in the existing beds and two more (adults or kids) in the sofas that are from high-quality mattresses. It is divided into three floors that can be connected either from the stairs or from the elevator.
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso, and French coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms of each villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed(160*200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed(160*200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, smart TV with satellite channels, free WiFi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel) linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer and high quality of mattresses.
There is also available in the villa a baby bath and a toddle potty chair.

THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
Getting out, the view will definitely impress you! Swimming in the outdoor pool or drinking a glass of wine above the sea will offer you the most awesome experience you may ever have. Sunbeds, a shower, and a table with chairs complete the outdoor area. Let your kids swim with safety as there is a specific part for them in the pool with a shallow part.
On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 2 cars.
*Please be advised that the small road leading to Omnia Villas has a steep incline over the last 50 m. We kindly ask you to drive with extra caution. If you feel unsure, you may park on the main street at the beginning of the road.
