Luxury Villa Thea

We had the best vacation.

We really took advantage of the great kitchen and grill to cook at home, everything from pizzas to delicious barbecue. Most of our time was spent in the backyard, enjoying the amazing pool and the spectacular ocean view.

We used this villa for a work trip for 6 people. Everyone had their own space & bathroom and it was the perfect spot. House was beautiful and clean and the view was fantastic. The internet in Greece is always a bit of a struggle and with 6 people using it for work it was at it's limit, but they're getting Starlink installed soon (should be by the time you read this) which will be a huge selling point as really good internet is hard to find in this area.

Had a few minor issues about electricity but the host was super responsive.

Villa Thea was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Simply wonderful. Kitchen is fully equipped with any utensils and dishes you could need. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. All you have to do is relax and enjoy! Our host was friendly and always willing to help with anything we may have needed. From suggesting the best bakery to where to find the great local dining out places, he even came over just to air up a volleyball we purchased. Even the simplest wish was grated! I would highly recommend this Villa and I personally can't wait to stay there again, only longer! Thank you again for the most wonderful time!

My experience at this villa was just amazing! The villa is even nicer in person than in the pictures! The host was extremely accommodating and made sure our stay went perfectly. He was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and requests. We were a total of 12 people and really felt very comfortable. The property definitely has enough space. The location couldn't be better: just 10 minutes from the airport, a magnificent beach just 10 minutes away and the city can be reached in just 15 minutes. The villa itself is spacious and has plenty of space for all guests. A dream come true! I can only recommend the accommodation!

A very nice host, he looked over all of our neccesities, he always stood up and helped us with any question we had, any requirement and also, he arranged the christmas tree into the villa without any cost from our side. The interior pool was already heated when we got there, kitchen was squeaky clean and full of cuttlery, everything was great, best bang for the buck.

We had an absolutely lovely week in this wonderful and luxurious villa. the host was impeccable and very welcoming. here we lacked nothing and we received warm recommendations and help if we needed it. We highly recommend Antonis and Villa Thea!

The view was amazing and it was extremely well equipped. Perfect for a big group of people. Nikos was also very helpful throughout.

We have just spent the most amazing week at Villa Thea, celebrating several family milestones. There were 12 of us ranging in age from 11 to 84 and the villa had absolutely everything we needed - all of the rooms are beautifully decorated and the villa is so well equipped both indoors and out. It was spotlessly clean. The indoor pool was great as it had jets and bubbles which were good fun. However as the weather was so warm we spent most of our time outdoors lazing around the sparkling clean outdoor pool and sitting in the gazebo, long into the evening! The garden is very well tended and looks magical when all the lights come on at night! There is also a volleyball net if you're feeling energetic! We had BBQ's in the superb outdoor kitchen and also a Pizza evening using the wood fired pizza oven. The villa has spectacular views out to sea and is very well situated for shops restaurants and beaches. Nikos the owner was so friendly and helpful - there was a local powercut that affected the air con and he came round very quickly to sort it out. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this villa to everyone!

We arrived at villa Thea late evening and we were welcomed by Nikos the owner who showed us around the beautiful villa. He bought us some fridge essentials which was very helpful especially when arriving so late at night.

We were so impressed, the villa was even nicer in real life than the beautiful pictures!

It’s has absolutely everything, the outdoor space is huge with lots of sun beds surrounding the large pool, the volley ball pitch was a hit too especially with the kids.

The round seating area and outdoor BBQ with eating area was a great way to bring everyone together especially in the evening!

The villa had a lovely, spacious feel to it so you never felt on top of each other.

There is a gorgeous little Greek Taverna 10mins walk away which was a hidden gem serving delicious, traditional Greek food.

It’s not really walking distance to the centre but it wasn’t a problem because we had a reliable mini bus taxi service who picked us up and took us to Gouves 10mins drive and Hersonisoss 15mins drive.

I can’t recommend this Villa enough it was a perfect villa for our family holiday.

We’ll be back!

The photos and write up do not do this superb villa justice. Beautiful amazing villa. Indoor and outdoor kitchens, 6 wonderful and spacious bedrooms and stunning pool area. 10 minutes walk to a first class restaurant, 15 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes drive to a waterpark. The Villa owner lives next door and could not have been more helpful. He was happy to leave us alone but equally helpful when/if we need him. Also a top bloke. I would not hesitate in recommending Villa Thea to anyone looking for a superior quality villa.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Thea for a week with our family of 12 (10 adults/kids and 2 babies). Nik, the owner was super friendly and helped us with all our needs (even installing a safety net for the babies and a new curtain in one of the rooms). The Villa itself is amazing and comes fully packed with everything you'll need.

Rarely have I booked a holiday villa and it is better than the website description and photos. It was exquisite and the photos don’t do it justice. There are many little touches that really add to the experience and that was the personal touch from the owner, he and his family couldn’t have been more kind and helpful and we will definitely be going back! Thank you Hone Away also, you never disappoint!

Villa Thea was totally amazing and extremely well presented. All facilities and amenities were of the highest quality and comfort. All bedrooms and reception areas are very spacious and can easily accommodate 12 people without feeling over crowded. Nikos and his family were on hand whenever we needed anything and their warm hospitality and generosity was sincere and heart felt. Everything was fantastic from our first contact with Patra the Property Manager who was always very prompt at replying to requests, providing information and checking everything was going ok. We would highly recommend Villa Thea and only wish we could have stayed longer.
