La Vista Azul Apartment

We were there for 5 days for a wedding and the apartment was perfectly situated for us, right in the heart of Plaka. The owner Aris and managers of Delima downstairs were kind and very helpful, especially Zoi, who was incredibly friendly and helped us set up a private wine tasting down the street at Maria’s Taverna. Delima, Spinalonga Restaurant, and Maria’s are all owned by the same person (excellent food and service!). Lots of other restaurants and shops within a 1-5 minute walk, too! And the view of Spinalonga Island from the balcony was amazing. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and we were very sad to leave!

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and has a large terrace with great views of the sea and Spinalonga Island. It's in an area with craft shops, restaurants and easy access to the beach. Thank you very much, Antonis!

So close to MANY* great restaurants and shops. Clean and the A/C units were fantastic! Very well designed and impeccable service! Zoey and Bella were helpful and answered all our questions. We will be back!

The apartment is modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. Housekeeping was provided twice during our 10-day stay, which was a wonderful bonus and helped keep everything fresh and tidy.

The highlight for us was the incredible terrace view overlooking Spinalonga Island. We could have spent hours just sitting there, enjoying the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere.

Zoi and the team from the cafe and shop downstairs were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Whilst the photos of Spinolonga look incredible, even they cannot do the view justice from the balcony. Breathtaking if you want a morning waking up to the sunrise. The family in the shop below were very helpful with recommendations for food and trips (even offering the boat ride to Spinalonga free of charge). A fabulous stay and would urge anybody looking to visit Plaka not to look any further.

The most amazing space and hosts ever

Plaka is so charming and the apartment is right in the middle of it. The balcony is perfect. Spacious apartment with all amenities. We'll be back!

so many little extras within the villa and a fridge that was stocked with wine soft drinks,ham and cheese and many other items was truly delightful. The views area and location in plaka is just perfect.

The apartment is new and matches the pictures. Our host (and also the staff in the shop) was very helpful and accommodating. We also got a free boat trip to Spinalonga through him. In addition, the refrigerator was filled with delicious drinks and some breakfast items.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The place itself was super clean and really cozy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A really nice touch were the snacks, drinks, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge – it made us feel so welcome right from the start.

The location couldn’t be better. There’s a lovely little café just downstairs with delicious food and really friendly staff, which made it super convenient (and a bit dangerous, because we ended up going there a lot!).

All in all, it was a fantastic experience. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back again.

the apartment is almost next to the water, in the center of Plaka. fom the main balcony you can see the mountains on the left, the bay in front, the island spinalonga right in front. the apartment is new and modern. very clean. the place is a gem. communication with the host was great. highly recommended

It’s a lovely little village and we enjoyed the spectacular views of Spinalonga from the balcony. Great local tavernas and bars and the owner was very friendly. We’d love to visit again and can thoroughly recommend this apartment . It had everything you need, great air conditioning and the well stocked fridge was much appreciated

Apartment very well furnished, everything you need is here. Comfortable but homely. Views stunning across the sea to Spinalonga. WeI would rate this apartment 6*+ it’s exceptional on every level. The staff in coffee and snack bar down stairs so very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures and there remained nothing to be desired. A well stocked fridge and a very well equipped and modern apartment welcomed us. The sea view from the balcony is fantastic. The many restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The small cafe bar under the apartment is an absolute win. Soyi spoiled us with delicious coffee and many helpful tips. Highly recommend

Sehr schönes Appartement: sehr stilvoll, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und gleichzeitig wirklich sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns besonders wohl gefühlt. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war äußerst herzlich. Wir hatten jederzeit einen netten Ansprechpartner. Als Willkommensgruß war der Kühlschrank großzügig mit allem gefüllt, was man für einen guten Einstieg in den Urlaub benötigt. Und auch sonst war alles da, was man braucht. Das Appartement liegt in einem kleineren Örtchen wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, mit schönem Blick auf die Insel Spinalonga. Es gibt kleine Geschäfte und viele Tavernen in der Nähe, trotzdem ist es nicht laut und man kann wunderbar schlafen. Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter überall. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Locatie geweldig, uitzicht over zee, restaurants op loopafstand. Erg mooi nieuw appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien o.a. wasmachine 3 tv's elke kamer 1.

One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony, the scenery was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with several great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The apartment is very modern and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable.

Très bonne adresse à Plaka Le logement est récent et correspond parfaitement à la description. Idéalement placé au centre de Plaka avec de nombreux et très bons restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La terrasse donne sur la mer. L'équipement est vraiment complet et la literie récente est confortable

Very nice view to the sea and to Spinalonga island, we loved to watch the sunrise from the terrace. Easy access to great restaurants, Plaka is known as one of the best spots for seafood on Crete. All in all a relaxing stay in Plaka, we will come again

Un logement Airbnb avec des prestations d’hôtellerie de qualité, un hôte aux petits soins, un accueil et un séjour chaleureux, bref nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille !! La vue de la terrasse est splendide et le calme de Plaka était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour des vacances reposantes, tout en gardant des activités locales au top. Merci pour ce très bon moment !

Absolutely fantastic stay. Apartment was even better than it looked in the pictures (and it looks good in the pictures!). Aris could not have been more helpful. From reserving sunbeds on beach to booking transfer back to airport. Zoe at the wine bar a deli downstairs was always friendly and helpful too. Looking forward to going back and would recommend to anyone

Antonis en zijn familie waren zeer gastvrij. Hij verwelkomde ons hartelijk ook al waren we 3uur vroeger dan voorzien. Een heel mooie locatie aan zee, perfect om te snorkelen voor ons, een bezoek aan Spinalonga, Elounda en Agios Nikolaos. Gezellige barretjes en leuke winkeltjes in Plaka. Een perfecte en idyllische uitvalsbasis in een modern, proper appartement met 3 terrasjes om te genieten van de zon en uitzicht op zee of bergen.

Thank you to Antonis, Ariz, Maria, and their whole family who really made us feel at home during our entire stay. We were looked after both regarding the apartment and also at their wonderful restaurants nearby. Anything you need or questions to ask, someone was smiling and ready to help. They also stocked the fridge and kitchen with some really great food, what a lovely surprise. We highly recommend this apartment stay and the family's nearby restaurants: Taverna Spinalonga, Maria's Taverna, and Delima.

The apartment in Plaka was a great place for us to stay and relax, it was easy to get around and had great restaurants in the area. The owner of the apartment also owns a restaurant near by and they were so friendly/gracious. The apartment was comfortable and had a great view of the bay as well as spinalonga island. Cannot say enough about the space and the area!

Plane was delayed but it was no hassle whatsoever meeting the owner Ariz to check in at 10pm. Friendly, helpful and informative. Couldn’t have ask for more from Ariz or the accomodation. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

ALL you need for a great stay! It felt like we were at home as everything is very well thought through. All the kitchen equipment came in handy. We even found a hair straightener :) The place was very clean and during our stay we had cleaning 3 times. ( We stayed there for 2 weeks). The beds and pillows are perfect! When we arrived the fridge was full of food and drinks ( much more than we expected) which we appreciated a lot! Aris ( the owner of the place) welcomed us and was really helpful! He has several restaurants which we also highly recommend (just a minute away from the place).The place is 2-min walk from the beach. There is a cafe Delima on the first floor right downstairs the apartment where you can have a drink and buy some great stuff. Our experience was really awesome and we would gladly come back again. if you choose this place you'll fall in love with it as we did :)

That was our first time im Greece and we can definitely recommend this beautiful appartment with such an amaizing view.
