La Vista Apartment

The hostess is wonderful and has a great attitude towards ensuring you have the best holiday in her apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, private parking space in the garage, great location, amazing terrace and view! I highly recommend it.

It is a modern, very spacious and clean apartment with a beautiful sea view. We arrived quite late and received clear instructions on how to get in using a key box. There was also a lovely surprise waiting for us! You can park in a car park in the town, not far from the apartment, for a few euros per day.
There is a good restaurant right next door, and further on in the centre of Agios Nikolaos there are many more nice places to discover. It was a great start to our holiday in Crete. We would love to come back to La Vista again.

The apartment was great, just as pictured and nicely supplied with milk, juice etc. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the bay and boats going in and out. Restaurants close by on the street below and many more around the corner. Recommend the Archeological Museum in town.

The flat is in a great location and offers an incredible view. We felt great there. The instructions were very clear, and Antonis was responsive.

The location is exceptionally central and offers a wonderful view of the sea!

The apartment itself is gorgeous, and the view is even better. Very easy to walk to everywhere that you'd want to, and handy to supermarkets and other shops. Very responsive host, and super easy check-in. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to come to Agios Nikolaus!

Great location but very loud

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment, the location was absolutely magnificent. The host was amazing treating our family with 3-4 bags of groceries to fill the fridge.
We spent most of our time on the balcony which was huge and looked out over the ocean and the bay, bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area was perfect. The room had features that made our stay that little bit easier, washing machine, hair dryer, ironning table, clothes rack on the balcony and ontop of the the host supplied portable speaker to play or tunes thru. We highly reccomend this apartment, the only drawback was we had to park our car 50-100 meters away (very minor inconvenience).

Despite being very close to some fantastic restaurants we spent most nights just sitting on the balcony, eating fresh seafood we had bought locally, watching the sun go down. Antonis was an incredible host and looked after us SO well. I will definitely go back as one of the best holidays I have ever had

Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit den nötigsten Lebensmitteln gefüllt – ein sehr aufmerksamer Service. Während unseres zehntägigen Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung zweimal gereinigt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

The view was fantastic and it was close to great restaurants and shops. The area was great for walking and we even got a good run in. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Antonis was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. We hope to return!

Nice stay

Beautiful place and so walkable! Woke up every morning with a view of the water in this modern, very clean apartment. A quick 5 min walk into town but far away enough that we had peace and quiet. 5-star hotel with the comfort of having your own place to share with friends or family. We'll be back!

Appartement incroyablement bien équipé, vue magnifique, à 2 pas de l’hyper centre. Très propre. Quelques produits dans le frigo et le placard à notre arrivée ce qui est très appréciable.

Très bel appartement conforme à la description. La terrasse avec vue magnifique est un vrai atout, et l'appartement est moderne, pratique, et très bien équipé. Très bien placé à quelques mètres des animations de Agios Nikolaos. Pas de parking, mais nous avons réussi à nous garer assez facilement à proximité. Je recommande !

Luxury and Location!Wonderful experience from start to finish! This listing was even better than expected! High end everything, amazing views, and a fully stocked fridge with everything we needed for the first few days to eat and drink.

This has to be one of the most beautiful air bnb we have ever stayed in!! It has everything to make you feel like you’re right at home but of course with the most incredible view to wake up to everyday!! The location is great, near the centre of Agios Nikolas. Plenty of restaurants around and accessible beaches. I cannot recommend enough!!

We enjoyed the apartment and it’s modern and stylish feel. It was located nicely between ammodi beach and the town centre for restaurants.

Antonis appartment has a stunning view that you can enjoy from the balcony where you can have breakfast or have a drink at sunset. The appartment is very well located with main restaurants and a sandy beach walking distance. Agios Nikolaos is the perfect place to spend a few days in that part of the island where most of the attraction are within 1h driving. we would definitly come back to Antonis place.

You almost never need to leave the balcony! Modern and tasteful, great location, highly recommend it!!!!

It is a modern, clean, well designed, well equipped, well situated Airbnb. The deck is huge and the view out over the water was excellent. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet in spite of being in a very central location. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood and building is very secure. Fast internet, 3 tvs one of them 60 inches. Host was excellent and very helpful. Swimming available right across the street. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. Very rarely a parking place on the street but public parking is 3 euros a day.

This was one of the greatest Airbnb experiences we had so far. The apartment was astonishing with the most incredible view. It felt like floating on sea. The place was quite but at the same time absolutely central and close to the most delicious restaurants. Also ferries to day trips were just around the corner. Antonis was incredibly helpful on any request we had and welcomed us with tasty food and wine. We couldn‘t have asked for a better spot in Agios Nikolaus!

My husband and I spent ten days in this apartment and really enjoyed our stay. It is located a few minutes' walk from the heart of the city with breathtaking views of the sea and the entrance to the port. Equipped with a magnificent terrace, this apartment is comfortable, spacious (could have accommodated 4 people easily], well equipped, clean and safe. We really enjoyed having a basic grocery store scheduled for our arrival. Obviously, as the accommodation is located in the city, it is not always easy to park but we have always been able to find a space.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and the view was breathtakingly beautiful at all times. It is a luxury and complete apartment with all amenities we needed (and more). The apartment is just out of the tourist reuring, which is very nice. In this way, we could choose to step into this instead of always having to. Wonderful restaurants in the area, sandy beach within foliage distance (Amoudi Beach) and the supermarket nearby, so we actually hardly had to use the car we had rented. Nice food also at the other beaches within walking distance, very nice. Thanks to Antonis for this great stay and we can totally recommend it!

We loved the patio and waterfront views. We appreciated being able to walk to town and the local restaurants. We had an issue with the Airbnb being advertised as a true 2 bedroom. The master bedroom is perfect with amazing views and blackout shades. The second bedroom is fully enclosed but not with solid walls. The “walls” on 2 sides are slotted panels. This room does not provide privacy (you can see in through the slots). Since the walls aren’t solid it’s noisy and doesn’t get dark because of the ambient light from the house. This place would be perfect for a couple traveling (staying together in the master bedroom)…but did not work well for us (2 friends traveling together).

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the center of town. We enjoyed hanging out on the big balcony overlooking the sea, and really appreciated the drinks and snacks that filled the fridge upon arrival.

It has a beautiful view of the harbor and is very modern and clean. We really appreciated that there were some groceries and wine for our arrival. That was so nice! There are many fantastic restaurants around the apartment. We particularly loved the one right next door, To Mesogeiako. There is also a great gelato and wine shop next door. We also had a great time scuba diving with the Pelagos Dive Center. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our adult sons had their own beds and we each had A/C in our rooms. We loved this place!

The view from the apartment’s balcony is spectacular. It is located at the heart of Agios Nikolaos with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars right at the door step. Everything looked just like on the pictures and better. Everything was uncomplicated. Overall, we had a great time!

La Vista is a fantastic place to stay. The location is so close to the centre of the town, it is ideal. The apartment is large, modern and beautifully appointed with an amazing view over the sea from the lovely first floor balcony. There was a great selection of food left for us which was very welcome and perfect for breakfast in the sun on the balcony. The large double bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The view alone is stunning and if you are a scuba diver or want to learn scuba, this AirBnB is 2 steps away from a dive center. We will come back again and again to stay here and you should as well!. Just amazing!.

The place is absolutely amazing, fantastic interior, top quality furniture and apliances, large terrace with stuning sea view, proximity to restaurants and stores.The fridge was full with cold refreshments.when we arrived. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We will be lookomg forward to visiting this place again.

The Apartment is in walking distance to the harbour and the lake, which makes it easy to reach restaurants, clubs and shops of all kinds. It lives up to its name because the sea view is breathtaking and the host a very friendly and reliable guy.
