The space is homely and warm. Exquisitely decorated. Breathtaking view. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay was provided. Supermarket 8 mins by foot, same with private beach location. Nice location for that part of town. Host is very nice and helpful.

Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, you will live among locals. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the nearby supermarket offers everything you need. Great starting point for exploring the area, rental car recommended.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Although it’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach and main centre, this didn’t bother us at all — it was a pleasant stroll and allowed us to enjoy the quieter side of the town. The location is calm, perfect for relaxing after exploring. A great choice for discovering Agios Nikolaos!

It is very nice, with beautiful decorations, and is very well equipped for cooking, the bathroom and air conditioning that cools all the rooms. The balcony is one of the highlights, we spent as much time as possible there to enjoy a magnificent view, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has motorised blinds on the roof or on the sides to enjoy the outdoors without the excessive heat of direct sunlight. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to park. It is close to a beach, but we especially enjoyed the beautiful Almyros beach 5 minutes' drive south of Agios. Please note that we advised Antonis to equip the sofa bed with a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. In conclusion, we highly recommend this rental

Con mi familia quedamos encantados con el departamento que estaba full equipado, limpio y ordenado, con una vista hermosa y muy bien ubicado cercano a la playa, restaurantes, estación de buses y el centro de la ciudad. Nos sentimos realmente como en casa, muy acogedor, tranquilo y lindo el espacio. Ademas Antonis ayudó con datos y recomendaciones de manera atingente y amable. Recomendamos 100% la estadía para tener unas maravillosas vacaciones.

Antoni's apartment was great! The apartment is furnished with everything you need, (especially the kitchen!), the view from the terrace is mesmerizing at sunrises and in the evening. The location is ideal for walking to the city and the beach. Can only recommend!

The appartment was located in a new building just outside the city centre. There is a nice beach on walking distance but there are numerous other beaches in the area but therefore you need a car. Also for the city centre a car is recommended. The appartment was spacious with a very well equipped kitchen, the double bed was excellent the sofa bed in the other room was a bit stiff but our daughter (11Y) loved it. The main balcony was of a very good size with a great view at the old town and the sea and provided with sun screens at both sides and on top. We had a great time and highly recommend this place. Все було ідеально, дуже гарні апартаменти з видом на море. В квартирі було все необхідне і навіть більше. Господар був привітним і одразу відповідав на повідомлення. Недалеко від помешкання є чудова таверна також приватний пляж. Біля будинку дуже зручно паркуватись. І приємним бонусом для нас стало прибирання раз на 3 дні. Єдине що був не зовсім точний опис щодо кімнат. В апартаментах є 2 кімнати В однієї з яких двох спальне місце а в другій кімнаті розкладний диван. Але для нас це було супер. Дякуємо за перебування з радістю повернемось ще

Nice appartment

Appartement avec une grande terrasse et vue sur la mer. La deuxième chambre n’avait pas un vrai lit mais un canapé-lit : ce n’est pas ce que l’on voulait.

Nice equipment, view

The apartment itself is OK but the management is bad. I was there for 10 days and instead of the twice weekly cleaning that was agreed, the apartment was cleaned only once. Also, I needed to call and remind them numerous times to provide an invoice. Generally uncooperative and difficult management so I would not recommend staying here.

The terrace with its view is amazing and the flat is in a very high standard and very well equiped! Very calm and yet quick access to the beach or to the center of town. We can highly recommend this place!

Τελεια τοποθεσία ήσυχα κ πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, κοντά σε φούρνο,σούπερ μάρκετ κ παραλία. Το διαμέρισμα παρέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είναι καθαρό κ ευρύχωρο. Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα!!!

Very good communication with the host and quick solution to any arising problem. One of the lamps didn't work at some point and our host made arrangements to fix it within minutes of when we addressed it. The house is fully equipped with everything! Location in my opinion very good, not in a busy area but near the center and the shops.

Agios Nikolaus was a perfect spot for us and this apartment was ideal - in hindsight I wish we’d stayed longer than 3 nights! It’s a delightful seaside town with absolutely beautiful crystal blue waters. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming to us, I’d highly recommend it! Location - initially I thought the apartment felt a little out if the main area but in fact it really was perfectly situated for us - far back enough to give us a wonderful view of the bay and town with easy parking and a nice breeze, whilst only a 5 minute walk down to Ammoudi beach and easy downhill walking distance. When getting a taxi back from the centre (you could walk but my dad has limited mobility) just say ‘micro cafe’ which is a cafe across the street that everyone seems to know! There’s a great bakery at the end of the road in easy walking distance that’s definitely worth a visit, as well as a supermarket. Amenities - the apartment had everything you would look for at home. All the kitchen appliances and kitchenware, along with salt, pepper, oil, coffee etc. Double bed was very comfortable, sofa bed was fine for a few nights - possibly would have pulled it out into a double if staying longer. Electric shutters and excellent aircon kept us cool. There’s an elevator as well which was actually very welcome with taking our luggage up to the 2nd floor and for my dad. The large balcony was wonderful to sit out on at every opportunity, with lovely furniture and plants. Bathroom was great, good shower pressure. It’s a very lovely home decorated to a high standard with a lot of care and attention. Communication - Antonis was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early as we arrived on a morning flight. He was responsive to any questions or requests which was great. Improvements - literally the only things we would say is the front door to the building was a little tough to open and took some time initially to get the knack of the catch and that two sets of keys would be good for multiple people :)

Luxury apartment just 15’ by foot away from the center. Great cure of details. Amazing coffee machine with good quality capsules, very comfortable bed and new powerful AC! Highly recommendable

The apartment is very well situated and has a good view of the port and sea and you can also see the sunrise from the terrace. It is new and fully furnished. From there you are just 5mins into Ag. Nikolaos - where there are lots of restaurants and also close to great beaches. Bed is very comfortable, there is a bakery very close by. Apartment is highly recommended.

The apartment is beautifully maintained and the stunning view is exactly as described. My partner and I enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The apartment has every amenity needed from dishwasher to laundry and we appreciated how modern it was. The building also comes equipped with an elevator which we found so helpful in lifting our bags up to the apartment floor. The apartment is about a twenty minute walk or 5 minute drive out of town in a quiet neighborhood which we didn’t seem to mind as we had a car. On that note, we never had trouble finding parking at the apartment which we appreciated greatly as the parking in town was more limited. There is a fantastic bakery down the road that we’d absolutely recommend visiting (4 min walk). The couch is a bit small for two to enjoy but we didn’t mind it too much as we felt this apartment provided us with exactly what we needed.

Alojamiento correcto, zona solitaria, aunque cercana al centro en coche. La localización no se corresponde. El apartamento no se ajusta a la descripción aportada por el anfitrión. Frente a la cama doble, la cama individual y el sofá-cama que promete, el piso solo dispone de una cama doble y de un sofá-cama. Ni rastro de una cama individual independiente del sofá. Un sofá que, por cierto, es extremadamente incómodo. En otras palabras, si no duermes en la cama doble, no duermes. La diferencia entre dormir en el suelo y dormir en el sofá-cama es sencillamente inexistente. Este tampoco estaba debidamente equipado con la ropa necesaria. El anfitrión en ningún caso reconoció el problema ni aportó soluciones al respecto. La comunicación ha sido, en definitiva, poco fluida y muy mejorable. En conclusión, para nada recomendable a menos que seáis únicamente una pareja.
