Horizon View Villa

The pool and the outside dining area were a joy to use - the family all agreed it was the best villa that we have stayed at. Cannot recommend enough - we were a family of 4 adults and 3 young children - really impressive place

The location is simply breathtaking – even more beautiful than in the pictures. The direct view of the bay is unique, and the sunrises in the morning were a real highlight every time.
The place is superbly equipped and we didn't lack anything. We would particularly like to highlight the owner: he was very helpful at all times, responded quickly to questions and really took care of everything, so that we felt completely comfortable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic home in an exceptional location. We would come back anytime!

The view is really breath-taking. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Cleaning in the middle of the stay is very nice. Antonis was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times; that was also really appreciated. A big thank you for this great stay!

the villa is stunning! it has everything , perfect for a weeks stay. Antonis arrived when we did and gave us the keys, explain how things work and left. he was always available to our needs and questions' he even recommended a few spots for us to go and eat.

What can I say… Best accommodation you can imagine! The house feels like a 5 star resort but without the crowds! Peaceful surroundings, breathtaking views, luxurious furniture. We had an amazing stay! The pool is blissful. Fabulous Lounge chairs around the pool. We had al fesco lunch every day on the patio. The house is about 10 min drive from the city center. Antonis gave us numerous restaurants recommendations and activities suggestions which were all excellent. I highly recommend this house! We’ll be back, hopefully!

Antonis est un excellent hôte, la maison est magnifique et la vue est incroyable. C’est vraiment un spot où il faut profiter de cette vue.
Il y a toutes les activités proches à 5-10 minutes de voiture, la plage de Voulisma a 20 minutes.

We absolutely loved this stunning villa and would stay again. Google maps sent us down a dirt road, which was NOT correct- we had to turn around. Our host Antonis kindly met us up and guided us to the Villa. The right road to the villa is paved and very safe. Once we arrived, our stress from that dirt road melted away. We were greeted with Greek pastries, white wine, honey and bottled waters. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and did not get tired of the STUNNING panoramic views. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels (Waldorf, Fairmont, Ritz etc) and the villa is very comparable to any of them in terms of design, decor, landscaping and build quality. The villa is brand new and pristine inside. Pool area is well maintained with comfortable lounge chairs. It does get windy on the hill but it felt very refreshing. WiFi was decent, my husband was able to work remotely. We loved Patra, the co-host, she had many wonderful local recs & answered so many of my questions!

The villa is beautiful, the staff for cleaning couteous, efficient, freindly, the location, a short windy road but once traveled once, you realise it's superbly located. The view is PHENOMENAL... We will be visiting again. Highly recommend

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) hatten eine Woche Sonnenschein in dieser wundervollen Villa mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick! In der Villa ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch schon warm genug, wir waren jeden Tag drin. Antonis ist ein super herzlicher Gastgeber, war für uns jederzeit erreichbar, DANKE Dir dafür. Die Umgebung ist für Tagesausflüge mega gut geeignet, schöne Strände/Buchten, Bootsverleihe, Restaurants, Bars etc., alles schnell erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Villa und auch den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen ☀️

The view from the terrace is priceless, the villa stunningly beautiful and all decorated very clean, modern and tastefully. Antonis was a great host. And Agios Nikolaos can be reached in 10 minutes. It was just fantastic!

Great villa with outstanding architecture, high quality furnishing and magnificent view. Private but close to restaurants, beaches etc.

Watching sunrise sunrise over a cup of coffee in the morning was exceptional. The villa is brand new and was very clean. The beds are rather hard, yet we slept well in the air-conditioned rooms. Pool towels, bathrobes, everything was there, so almost the feeling of a 5* hotel came up. We had a self-check in and Antonis was always available and sent us great tips for the area. I highly recommend this villa.

A very nice villa with beautiful materials, a breathtaking view... this place was perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends. We were 2 couples with 2 babies and a child, Antonis had provided us with 2 baby beds with sheets and towels and a high chair. Very attentive, he also spoiled us with the homemade cakes, fruit basket, wine, honey olive oil...thank you again Antonis! We loved staying at this sumptuous villa! Don't think, it's definitely worth a visit;-)

Magical place, the view on the sea and St. Nikolas is stunning. A lot to explore in the reach of few minutes driving!

Beautifully modern, pristinely clean and highly equipped, the villa itself and the stunning 360 degree-views over the town of St Nicholas and surrounding area has ensured our stay has been an absolute dream of a relaxing holiday. Being situated right at the top of the hillside is 100% worth the view over the ocean and mountainous terrain of east Crete, providing absolutely breathtaking views from every single window - we have never had a better view from a holiday villa than this. The attention to detail in this newly built villa is evident from every angle. Short trips to the beautiful lake and the town, where there are amazing restaurants, shops and bars a plenty, have been effortless through the excellent taxi service. Antonis ensured we had a long list of recommended places to visit locally and we were not disappointed at any. This villa is better than it looks on the photos (if possible!) and comes highly recommended.

The stay in the house was extraordinary, everything was new, the view of the different bays was wonderful. The experience of privacy as a family was sensational. It has a gas “grill” that we use for eating on the terrace at night. In addition to the different options of places to visit, spend time in the house, it makes you feel at home.
