The ground floor of Villa Ammos consists of 2 bedrooms ensuite with
shower bathrooms. There is also an open plan living rooms, a dining rooms and a kitchen area. The living
room has wide opening patio doors, leading outside to the swimming pool
and to the beach. The interior of Villa Ammos features gorgeous wood finishing
and flooring and a color scheme that promotes a relaxed beach lifestyle.

The swimming pool of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump,
making the water about 24 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. Pool
heating is extra charge advance notice is required for this facility. A
pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool
heating effect.
There are also shaded outdoor dining areas to have your meals with your family and friends. The beach is just steps from the villa to enjoy your swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.
