Bay View Villa is a beautiful stylish villa built on a hillside between the town of Agios Nikolaos and the famous resort of Elounda. The villa consists of three bedrooms, spacious well equipped interiors, a private swimming pool and a wonderful lawn garden.
Its main advantage though, is its privileged location that offers stunning views of the Mirabello bay, the Sitia Mountains and the town of Agios Nikolaos.

The ground level has access to the garden and pool. The entrance leads to an open plan area with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a utility room. The living room and dining room have big windows that allow the sunlight in the house and offer unobstructed views of the sea.
The upper floor has a hallway with closets that leads to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has spacious closets, en suite luxury bathroom with a tub and a balcony with stunning panoramic views of the sea. The other two bedrooms- one double and one twin- also have closets and balconies with wonderful views of the sea. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.

Villa Bay View is situated on a quiet spot on a hillside on the road from Agios Nikolaos to Elounda. Its unique location with the amazing views of Mirabello Bay and the Sitia mountains promises a relaxing holiday.
The villa has a big lawn garden with trees, local plants and flowers and a private infinity pool (which can be heated on request on an extra charge). There are also comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor dining and seating areas and a BBQ area under a pergola where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones.

The situation is amazing. Beautiful views out to the sea and towards Agios Nikolaos and very peaceful and quiet. The villa itself is very clean and well equipped. It is very easy to get to Elounda and Agios Nikolaos by car. Panos our host was on hand if we needed him but left us to enjoy our trip.

We had an excellent stay at this villa and it was easily the most relaxing part of our vacation. The location is private and quiet with an Amazing View. The properties amenities were exactly what we were looking for in a high end villa rental for Crete. Our host was very helpful, friendly and responsive and the location was convienient location to great shopping and dinning options in Elounda/Agios N. We very much look forward to our next trip to Crete and would absolutely stay here again. I recommend having pool heated as it was so amazing to be able to swim at all times of the day in VERY warm water. A++

Minimalist in style. We had an amazing week staying there. Due to windy weather there were no outside umbrellas but thankfully a gorgeous olive tree acted as shade. It could perhaps do with some information about the surrounding area but this wasn’t a problem as we had the internet and got some local advice. Definitely worth a stay

This is a stunning house with a great location between Agios Nicolaios and Elounda and in easy reach of Plaka. You would definitely need a car. The setting is beautiful and the view from the terrace and pool is awesome. The fittings in the kitchen are all top of the range and the outside cooking space with covered eating area is wonderful for BBQs and social eating. Highly recommended!

I really can't overstate how amazing the view is, but this villa is also very private and quiet. There's access to the sea below if you don't mind a bit of scrambling over rocks and it's minutes away from Agios Nikolaos for shopping and restaurants. Panos was a great, communicative host and the villa had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Fantastic outside space and mosquito screens everywhere so you can leave everything open into the evening. It's truly lovely.

The house is immaculate, tastefully furnished and well stocked with almost everything you might need. If you’re staying with small children you may need to bring some of their home comforts as that’s the only thing the house doesn’t have. The villa is perfectly positioned between Agios Nikólaos and Elounda so you can chose the best of the local restaurants. I don’t have anything negative to say as it was fabulous from start to finish. Thanks for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll return!
