Each villa accommodates 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, a comfortable modern living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, while in the basement there is a well-equipped fitness area, a sauna/steam bath room, a central bathroom and an auxiliary room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

All indoor spaces have air conditioning (cooling / heating), security cameras, alarm system and Wi-Fi. The living room dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor in open layout. The living room has large comfortable sofas, flat satellite TV LG 55” and sound system with DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and stove, refrigerator, wine cabinet, dishwasher, espresso & French coffee makers, small appliances and stylish cooking, dining and serving sets. All rooms offer uninterrupted views to the garden, pool and sea. The three bedrooms are located at different levels in the building, two above the ground floor and one at a lower level. The bedrooms located above the ground floor have large windows and individual sea-view terraces. The lower ground level of each villa houses a beautiful environment for exercise and relaxation, with modern fitness machines (treadmill, bike and rowing machine), satellite TV LG 43”, sauna/steam bath room, a large bathroom and a service room with washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and storage areas.
