Villa Zeus is a former olive oil factory which was restored and turned into an amazing, luxury villa in the quiet village of Maroulas, overlooking the bay of Rethymnon.
The villa offers a magnificent view to the Aegean Sea and Mount Psiloritis and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms as two of them are family rooms. It is equipped with a range of facilities to make its guests comfortable while its spacious interior and exterior area promises an unforgettable stay in the island of Crete.
Villa Zeus lies on two levels and has a spacious interior area of 450sqm. The 250sqm ground floor offers a living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining area with seating for 12, a kitchen, a billiard area, a wine bar and a mezzanine with an office.
Stairs lead to the first floor where the bedrooms are. The first family bedroom (40sqm) has two beds, a mezzanine with a double bed (140x200) and its own bathroom with a shower. The second family bedroom (30sqm) offers a sofa bed, a mezzanine with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom (30sqm) has a double bed (180x200) and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The fourth bedroom (24sqm) has a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a shower.
On this floor there you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has no air conditioning units as the thick, old stone walls keep the air inside cool and fresh during summer. All rooms have access to the terrace.
Villa Zeus has a 40sqm private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and a 60sqm terrace with comfortable seating areas. For those who want to enjoy a home made dinner with their close ones, the villa offers a BBQ and outdoor dining area for 12 people.
