The living space is structured over two distinct floors with separate entrances to each. The wall to wall windows allow the sunlight into the living area inviting you to take advantage of the panoramic views from any room.
Access is via the ground floor which opens to a spacious two storey high, living room boasting a modern and eco-friendly fireplace and many architectural twists. The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical wooden work surfaces, an informal dining area and top of the range appliances.
The ground floor master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house offering privacy and making this villa ideal for two couple, has an open plan design, a King Size bed and a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub. This bedroom has a double bed (that can be converted into twins) and its own walk-in Spa shower bathroom.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own Jacuzzi bathroom. The third bedroom is accessible from an outdoor staircase and has an ensuite bathroom.
*There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an extra guest if necessary. However, customers must know that as the living rooms have many windows and glass doors they are always sunny during daytime.
The architecture and design of Villas Euphoria emphasises on the outdoor area, which is where you will like to spend most of the time during day and night. The villa has a private infinity pool, sun beds and umbrellas, big terraces and a shaded outdoor area with a pergola inviting you to enjoy the superb views of the Kissamos bay, the mountains and the small village of Agios Georgios.
Colourful flowers and trees have been planted around the complex to restore the natural environment and create a typical Mediterranean landscape.
