Villa Sunshine is a beautiful villa located 200m from the center of the village Prines near the town of Rethymno. It stands on a 2.200sqm plot of land surrounded by trees offering privacy and relaxation.
The villa has a big private pool, large terraces and verandas all with amazing views of the surrounding area. It is designed to accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms all en suite and with different tasty decorations combining traditional and modern elements. As you enter the villa there is a living room with a fireplace with glass on both sides to be visible both from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and is next to the dining area. On that level is the red bedroom which has two single beds next to each other and form a double its own balcony with a view to the garden, a big wardrobe and its own bathroom with a tub.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms. The green bedroom has a double bed, a sofa, a walk in closet and a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a hydro massage shower. The lilac bedroom has two single beds, a separate place with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. These two bedrooms share a furnished balcony with view to the sea and the old village.
On the lower level of the villa you’ll find the blue bedroom en suite with a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. There is also a playroom with a table tennis and a beautiful indoor garden.
Big glass doors lead from the living room and kitchen to the pool area. The pool has 8 sun beds, 3 small tables, umbrella and a shower.
Under a pergola you’ll find a BBQ, a big dining table for 8 and an outdoor seating area, ideal for a dinner or a cool drink during day or night.
