high standards above the crystal waters of the Cretan Sea with a small
walking distance to the Sea of Kalamaki. Airy and comfortable, Villa

Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour on the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for the months of October, April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost of 70€ per day. We request three days` advance notice for this facility.
Villa Solis is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. The villa Luna is located on the lower level of the complex while Villa Solis is on the upper level.
