After this comes a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances. On the same level there is also a WC. From the living room there is access to a big covered veranda with space for 15 people.
The first floor consists of a large 80sqm master bedroom with a walk-in-closet, a seating area, a safety box, ceiling mounted plasma TV, DVD and air conditioning units. The bedroom has en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, two sinks and a toilet. A really big private pool of 125sqm is there to cool you down as well as comfortable sun loungers to help you get a wonderful tan.
At the side of the house is a large parking space for 12 cars, a small garage and storage room and a big double garage with electrically controlled door. The main entrance has a large electronic gate with intercom.
The villa offers beautiful panoramic views of the Kalathas bay and some the most amazing sunsets that will surely be unforgettable to its guests.
