Villa
Sendal has a 450sqm interior area, spread over three floors. As you
enter the house you will reach the main living room with its minimal and
elegant decoration and large windows that offer amazing views to the
sea and the island of Spinalonga. Next is the fully fitted modern
kitchen with the dining area, with a WC and a laundry room one level
down from the living area. On the first floor you will find three
master bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. Two en-suite
bedrooms with two single beds each (convertible into double beds) are
located on the level below the main living area. All bedrooms are 20-40
sqm have air conditioning and offer beautiful views of the sea! The
villa also offers a separate TV/ games room, with a large smart TV as
well as a SONOS sound system.
Outside the villa there is an independent double bedroom with its own shower bathroom.
