Villa Selena a luxurious 6 bedroom villa in Heraklion, at the village of Choudetsi. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and is built on the top of a hill (480m).It offers amazing and panoramic views of the Lassithi and Psiloritis mountains, the city of Heraklion and the Cretan sea.
A uniquely decorated residence, with spacious rooms and all the modern facilities to ensure a luxurious accommodation for its guests. The villa is surrounded by a garden of 200sqm with flowers and lawn, a private pool, a children’s pool and a volley ball and football field.
Villa Selena with its peaceful and tranquil environment, its privacy, is an ideal holiday home for both summer and winter time and an excellent choice for family reunions or large groups of friends who want to get away from everyday anxiety and enjoy a wonderful vacation. The location of the villa is also perfect for ecotourism, outdoor activities and for exploring the beauties of Crete.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The interior area of Villa Selena is 300sqm and is built on one level. At the living room you will find comfortable couches, a fireplace, satellite TV and stereo. The living room overlooks the garden and pool and there is also a dining area which seats 12 guests, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Selena has 6 bedrooms, separated in two wings (each with three rooms). All of the bedrooms have twin beds but in four of the bedrooms the beds can be converted into doubles. All rooms have access to the terrace. There is one bathroom with a shower and a spa tub with Jets, a second bathroom with a shower and a WC in each wing.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
A 2000sqm garden with lawn, flowers, trees and vineyards surrounds the villa all spreading their beautiful aromas in the air.
Next to the villa is a 40sqm private swimming pool and a children’s pool with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas around. In the garden and overlooking the pool there is also a wonderful dining area under a pergola and a BBQ, is located in the garden overlooking the pool, a perfect spot to enjoy a dinner under the sky.
Additionally, there is a field to play football, volley ball or hockey for the guests that like sports!
