Queen Villa is a brand new residence built on a hillside in the area of Elounda. The villa offers six bedrooms within the house and two guest rooms with an independent access, all en suite.
This luxurious contemporary residence offers panoramic views of stunning sunrises and sunsets, the crystal blue waters of the Elounda Bay and the magical Cretan landscape. The modern architecture, combine with the sophisticated furnishings and beauty of the surroundings to make this villa unique.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The impressive living areas include a spacious and open plan living room with high ceilings and a fireplace. There is also a dining area and a study with French doors that lead to an area shaded by an arched colonnade. This spot offers views to the infinity pool and gardens.
A fully fitted kitchen opens onto an outdoor pergola, a shaded dining area next to the pool and wide patios, firming a perfect space for alfresco living, dining and relaxing.
The villa features a master suite, two separate (independently accessed) guest rooms and five more bedrooms. All eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the Cretan mountains. Some rooms also have special extra features, such as hardwood floors, a private terrace, or access to the swimming pool.
Architectural features include marble and stone floors, framed views, exposed stone walls, beautiful natural hardwood, exterior hideaways and kiosks blended into the surroundings. The villa is equipped with stylish furnishings which have been created specifically for the house and are complemented by carefully selected designer pieces.

Outside the villa
The villa stands on a 13,900 sqm plot of land which has been professionally landscaped with terraced gardens with olive trees, flowers, and aromatic herbs including thyme, rosemary, coriander, anise, mint, lavender and more... You can walk through the garden through stone paths made with great respect to the land and nature.
Spacious terraces with built-in seating areas surround the pool and house whereas a garden pavilion takes advantage of the wonderful, magical views. The villa also features a a dining area and pergola covered seating areas. The beautiful infinity-edge pool creates the impression that pool water extends to the Mediterranean adding an extra highight to the already magical scenery.
The residence benefits of a very convenient setting on a quiet hill side, but is only 3km from the resort of Elounda and 7km from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos, with their traditional tavernas, gourmet restaurants, shops, night life and golf course.

Perfect Villa for a big group
We have just returned from a week long stay at Villa Queen with an extended family of 15-9 adults and 6 kids under the age of 13. The villa is located on a hillside overlooking the port village of Elounda and provided a stunning view of the ocean and old port. The villa is beautifully appointed, and the pool was just beautiful and the correct size for our needs. The estate agent, Antonis, and Anna were charming and most helpful with any assistance needed either for places to visit, beaches or restaurants etc.The villa came with a cleaning crew everyday which cleaned, made the beds, etc, so for us it was even better than a hotel. We were able to have family celebrations in a private setting rather than the public atmosphere of a hotel. We had a chef come in for two of our nights,and ate out the balance of the time. It is just a short ride into Elounda which was a great village to visit and eat. Highly recommended.
