Villa Phaidra is a seafront luxury villa situated in the tranquil area of Tersanas- Akrotiri, near the cosmopolitan town of Chania.

The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 spacious bedrooms, it is decorated in a stylish way and offers its guests all the amenities that will ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The property has a private pool that seems to float on the endless blue that lies beneath while the sunsets that can be enjoyed from the outdoor will be unforgettable.
THE SPACE

Inside the villa

Villa Phaidra lies on three levels. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, the main living room and two en suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds that can also form a double according to the guests’ needs. 
On the upper floor there is one more double bedroom with its own bathroom. 
On the pool level you’ll find a second kitchen with a dining area and two double bedrooms. A separate entrance on this level leads to another two bedrooms (a double and a twin which can convert to a double) that are separated by a door and share a bathroom. This room is ideal for parents with children.
THE OUTDOORS

Outside the villa

The peaceful outdoor area of the villa and the tranquility of the environment ensure relaxation and a getaway from the anxiety of the urban life. 
The villa has a 45sqm private pool, a garden with lawn flowers and herbs and spacious furnished terraces all with stunning views of the crystal clear sea. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as a comfortable sitting area ideal to watch a few amazing sunsets with your loved ones and refill your batteries before leaving the island.

Had a great time at Villa Faidra.

Had a great time at Villa Faidra. As a group of 12, there was plenty of room for us all to sit/dine together and relax by the pool. Antonis and the team were polite, and happy to provide recommendations for nearby amenities and services. A great place to stay if you're looking to stay somewhere private with activities to do within a 30 minute drive.

A beautiful space and lived up to all the recommendations. We hired caterers for two evenings which was definitely a good move. A visit to Irene’s nearby is really fun- and great value. Sunsets to die for.

Прекрасная вилла, шикарные виды, очень вместительная! Бассейн и много надувных атрибутов очень порадовали детей! А какие там закаты!!! Unbelievably view.

We had a great time here, everything was as good as expected. Lots of space and private rooms. You can even get down to the sea from the patio, which we often did. As other people have mentioned, the wifi wasn't working for us.

beautiful location

Villa Phaedra has a marvellous location! Very quiet and relaxing area! Short distance to a beautiful small beach. You need to have a car. Remarks from us were fixed rapidly. But more than 10 people cannot sit around the table at the same time.

some issues

Wifi was on and off (mostly off). I had to expand my network plan from to have internet in the villa ( ten guests) We had technicians come to fix the problem and ended up staying here for three hours( we had to stay here because of them) - (came twice) didn’t succeed. We had electricity problems ( not including the power outage that was all around the neighborhood). The power box flipped many times and some areas in the villas had no power. The room downstairs had flood issues (water coming from the drain) whenever someone took a shower or went to the bathroom. At night- some rooms had no hot water.
