Villa Pefka is a beautiful mezonette (3 floors) inspired by wilderness in colors of red, orange and blues. Located in a fenced, wooded, secluded lot, with mature tall pecan and pine trees, private infinity pool and barbecue. It has 3 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a loft bedroom with en-suite WC.

The villa is newly-constructed and named after the 2 tall pine trees that provide ample shadow during the hot summer days.
It features 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms situated in the quiet part of the villa facing the gardens away from the pool, a pool-facing third bedroom with en suite bathroom, a loft with double bed and en suite WC, as well as two living rooms with chair and sofa beds able to sleep an additional 2-3 people. First and second floors have sea views.
A large swimming pool located in front of the villa keeps you cool in summer. Hammocks and lounge chairs are also available for your relaxing time as well sunbeds and umbrellas.
