The entrance is on the ground level where the bedrooms are. The first bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom with a tub and a walk- in –closet. The second room has also a double bed, walk-in-closet and a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and access to the pool area. There is also a utility room where the washing machine is.
A staircase leads to the first floor which is all open plan. There you’ll find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, and a huge living room and dining area. Big windows allow uninterrupted and panoramic views of the Elounda Bay and the island of Spinalonga. On that level, there is also a WC.
On the lower ground floor of the villa there is an independent apartment which has a room with two single built-in beds, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.
As you arrive at the villa you’ll see a parking area and terrace with shady trees and the outdoor dining area. Right next is a BBQ and a traditional stone oven where you can prepare a nice meal to enjoy both at day and night. The house is surrounded by trees and flowers and in front is a beautiful olive grove.
Some steps lead to the pool area which has sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor sitting area ideal for breakfast or a cool drink in the afternoon.
The villa offers amazing views of the Elounda Bay and the Spinalong Island. The area is quiet and relaxing but if you want some night life Elounda is only a 3 minute drive away!
