The villa lies on two levels and has a 80sqm interior area. On the ground floor you`ll find the living room with two comfortable sofas (one of them converts into a single bed), a fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On this level there is also one double bedroom and a bathroom with a hydro massage shower.
On the first floor there is one more bedroom which has a single bed and a mezzanine with a another single bed. On this floor there is also a WC and a balcony with beautiful views to the sea.
Villa Lygaria has a private infinity pool (32sqm), sun beds and umbrellas, a BBQ and traditional oven, an outdoor dining table and a sitting area. The house is surrounded by a garden with flowers and offers breathtaking views to the sea.
100m away is a sandy and organized beach which is accessed from a stone path while the lively resort of Agia Pelagia with its famous nightlife is 5km away.

4.80 - ”beautiful villa with spectacular views”
Villa is located top over the small village of Lygaria with phantastic view over the beach and sea.
Very beautiful Cretan style villa with outdoor swimming pool and plenty of space! Garden is also in pristine condition and BBQ available.
Very nice owner prepare everything for a wonderful stay.
