Villa Lilium is a 900sqm villa located just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Maleme, in the prefecture of Chania. The villa is set on five levels (including a traditional cellar) which are connected with elevator and stairs.
It consists of 8 bedrooms (two of them studios with kitchenettes), 7 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. The outdoor area of the villa is 4.000sqm and has a beautiful lawn garden, huge private pool, a BBQ area and spacious terraces. Located really close to the sea, near shops and restaurants yet in a quiet spot, this villa is a perfect choice for large groups that are looking for an unforgettable holiday in Crete.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Villa Lilium has a 900sqm interior area. The villa is built on four levels plus a basement with a cellar which are connected with stairs and elevator.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 people, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a small sitting area, a shower bathroom and a studio with kitchenette, WC, and a sofa which converts into two single beds. This level has a balcony which overlooks the pool and a second one which overlooks the garden.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub, TV, walk in closet and a balcony with views to the pool and hill. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, a bathroom with a shower and balconies with tables and chairs.
On the second floor there is an attic with a double bed, a single bed (which can be used also as a sofa), an office, a shower bathroom and two balconies.
The lower ground level has a gym, a sauna (which guests can use on an extra charge), a laundry room and a studio with a double bed, a lounge chair which converts into a single bed, a shower bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, dining area and separate entrance. On the basement of the villa there is a traditional and beautiful wine cellar.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
The villa offers a 4.000sqm outdoor area with a lawn garden with tall palm trees. It features a huge (180sqm) private swimming pool with a children’s area, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also BBQ area with a grill and traditional wood oven, a dining table for 12 people and a sitting area ideal for dinners with your loved ones.
Villa Lilium is only 150m from the beach of Maleme where there are also restaurants and coffee shops and about 20km from the picturesque and lively town of Chania.
