large open dining room perfect for both formal and casual meals with
family and friends. Near the dining room is a Jacuzzi side area located
in a panoramic position.
The villa has 4
comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is bright with
minimal and modern decoration and provides breathtaking views of
outskirts of Chania and the pool of the villa. It has a king size bed
with a mattress topper or it can be separated in 2 single beds depending
on the guests. It also has a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped inner
bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe where you can comfortably arrange your
clothes. The second bedroom can accommodate up to 2 people as it has two
single beds that can be joined in double, while the third has a bunk
bed and can also accommodate up to 2 people. The fourth room can also
accommodate 2 people in great comfort. All rooms have breathtaking views
of outskirts of Chania, “Media Strom” mattresses with mattress toppers,
as well as reclining windows with electric roller shutters.
Villa Kedria offers a spacious outdoor area with a private outdoor
heated swimming pool of more than 50m2 as well a swimming pool for young
children. Comfortable sun beds and lounges for relaxing are next to the
swimming pool. A large green lawn and garden with a private heliport, a
playroom with billiard and table tennis, outdoor facilities with
outdoor dining area barbecue and grill are also available.
The villa is surrounded by a 2600 sqm plot on a hillside offering the most stunning views of Chania and its surrounding areas.
