Villa Hermes is 380sqm, stone built villa located near the village of Polemarchi, 25 km west of Chania.
The spacious house is built on three levels connected with a lift and offers five bedrooms, five luxurious bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a gym/ game room. It offers absolute privacy and features a private pool with a hydro massage and a children’s area, lawn gardens and furnished terraces all offering with incredible views of the sea and mountains.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The three storey villa has a 380sqm interior and a lift that connects all floors. The ground floor comprises of an open space living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a guest toilet. On this floor there is also a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This room is wheelchair friendly while the whole floor has access to the pool and garden area.
The upper floor features two double bedrooms en suite with Jacuzzi tubs and one triple room en suite with a hydro massage cabin. This level has spacious balconies offering beautiful views.
The lower level has access to the lawn garden and comprises of a twin bedroom with a hydro massage cabin and a game/fitness room which has a pool table, tennis table, a running machine and a bicycle.

Villa Hermes is independent and totally secluded. It has a beautiful, two level lawn garden, a terrace and a BBQ/ dining area covered by a pergola. It has a 50sqm private swimming pool with a hydromassage and fenced children`s area, sun beds and umbrellas.
The views of the sea and mountains are incredible while the guests also have the opportunity to ride the owner’s horses and enjoy unforgettable moments in the beautiful Cretan countryside.
