Villa GG is a modern villa, built in 2016 and located just above
the village of Kokkini Hani in Heraklion an ideal choice for all
seasons. The villa provides modern facilities and amazing sea views.
Guests can take advantage of the moments of relaxation with impressive
view from sunrise to sunset.
It can accommodate
up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern
appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay.
Villa GG has a huge outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, 50 sqm
heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a sauna that guarantee a unique
holiday for its guests. The villa was built from the owners in a minimal
architectural design with passion and love.
Villa GG has a 350 sqm interior area and is built on two levels.
The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that
allow the sun in the house, overlooking the pool and garden offering
stunning views to the sea. The living room has a fireplace, a sitting
with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Next to the living room is a
beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances where
you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones.
On
this level there is also the master bedroom with a double bed and
en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 double bedrooms and a
sharing bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom with a double bed is
located at the lower level and has a bathroom with a shower. An indoor
sauna and a fitness room is also available.
A
separate building with 2 bedrooms with double beds is available with a
living-room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a Fitness- and playroom is
located next to the main building.
The villa is built on a 3.500sqm plot on a hillside and offers
beautiful views of the Sea. Outside the main living area is a huge
terrace with a 50sqm private heated pool with a lawn garden, modern
comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot.
The beach of Kokkini Hani is only 1500m away from the villa.

5.00 - ”Villa GG is an exceptional property.”
The agent was very prompt with our queries. The house and grounds are beautiful - the views stunning. The owners have created an amazing place to make the stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The lovely owners welcomed us and were extremely helpful and friendly introducing us to all the amenities, explaining how to use the sauna etc. They also gave us great advice about restaurants and visiting Crete. We were a party of 8 and there was a huge amount of room. It will easy accommodate 12. In October it is worth paying extra for the heated swimming pool. The added bonus of gym and games room meant when we were not in the pool there were other activities. Easy distance from Heraklion Airport and a main route around the island - car is essential. We totally recommend it to anyone, including our family and friends - and we are going to return ! Thank you so much - we were sad to leave.

The best place to be for summer in Creta! The place is too clean , everything was as we wanted to be! It's worth every last cent.Giorgos and Geli are very polite. The sayna,gym, and everything worked just fine! I will choose again this villa for sure! Thank you Giorgio for the hospitality!!!

Beautiful villa, spacious with stunning view and awesome pool. The pool water is a special salt / bio mineral so your skin feels so smooth and it doesn’t irritate the skin or eyes like chlorine. The location is a bit far out from Heraklion center but most taxi’s know the villa and it’s east to call a cab. Owners are lovely. Comfy beds

Me and my friends had the best time in Villa GG. The location is superb and very private. Villa GG left nothing more to ask for, the common areas and the bedrooms felt very big and luxurious. We spent most of our time outside in the great garden and by the pool. We also cooked a lot of food both indoors and outdoors. If you have the chance, you should definitely ask Giorgio and Geli for a special BBQ dinner. It was one of our best food experiences ever. Booking, check-in and communication overall was very easy! Great hosts, great villa and great location. We would definitely recommend Villa GG for anyone planning to visit Heraklion.

5.00 - ”Picturesque villa with all the amenities and charm of Greece”
This is a spectacular villa. The setting is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful and lush and the villa is exquisite. The owners put a lot of time, money and effort into creating what felt like a 5 star retreat. The house is spacious, gated on a huge plot of land and is very private. It is situated atop a vista and has an amazing view of the ocean. There is a a game/exercise room that is better than many hotels. The sauna room has it's own separate shower and bathroom. The owners were warm, gracious and hospitable. They gave us spot on recommendations for various beaches and restaurants. Because of them we ate well, drank well, slept well and had a relaxing memorable vacation!!!
