ABOUT THIS VILLA
A private stay with room to breathe.
Villa Apoi is a brand new villa situated in the area of Apokoronas- Chania. It belongs in a villa complex and consists of three levels. The villa has 4 bedrooms all en suite with luxurious bathrooms and with their own terrace, a private pool / children’s pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub on the top floor of the villa.
Villa Apoi is built on the highest spot of the plot, enjoying panoramic views ranging from the blue strip of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The design of the villa is ethnic chic. The ground floor is split in two levels – separated by small steps: on the upper one stands a fully fitted kitchen and a large wooden dining table while on the lower there is a living room with a comfortable large linen sofa.
On the same level there is a queen size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted with marble sink, teak furniture and a shower column with hydro massage.
On the first floor, two bedrooms are located on two opposite ends to ensure the complete privacy of its guests while each comes with own terrace. The first bedroom offers a split-king bed that can be separated or joined, depending on the guests’ needs and has its own bathroom with a hydro massage shower. The romantics will find refuge in the canopy bed of the second room, dotted with a large terrace furnished with sunloungers. This bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with a tub.
The top floor suite will surely make-up for climbing all those stairs! It ensures maximum privacy, has panoramic views, a private balcony, a bathroom with a hydro massage shower and access to the largest terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub.
All bedrooms can guarantee maximum sleeping experience as they offer top-notch mattresses, a pillow selection service and a large TV screen.
THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
In front of the villa there is a private swimming pool -plus a children`s pool- with a large shaded terrace and a dining area for alfresco meals that you can prepare at the gas BBQ provided.
On the second floor terrace there is a hot tub/Jacuzzi for the guests to enjoy, ideal for a romantic and relaxing night under the stars!
