The luxurious Villa Almyrida is a 4 bedroom villa located in the seaside village of Almyrida in the area of Chania. Built only a few meters away from the sea this property offers absolute peace and tranquility and promises unforgettable days and nights to its guests.
The villa has a 160sqm interior area and stands on a 600sqm plot with lawn, exotic and local trees and has a private pool and spacious furnished verandas.
THE SPACE
Inside the villa
On the ground floor there is a large and beautifully decorated living room with Satellite TV and a comfortable dining table for eight people. On this level there is also a kitchen with all necessary amenities and a double bedroom with a romantic iron and its own bathroom with a shower. This level has access to the garden and pool area.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. Each has its own bathroom with a shower. On this level there is also a hammam room ideal for relaxation!

Outside the villa
The villa is built on a 600sqm plot with lawn, palm trees and local plants. It has spacious terraces with a seating area and a BBQ- wood oven with an outdoor shaded dining table.
The private pool is suitable for children while there are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to relax by the pool.
