Villa Akropolis Palace is a 320sqm, holiday villa designed and decorated in a unique, ancient Greek style. The villa is located in the area of Akrotiri, near Chania and is only a 5 minute walk away from a beautiful sandy beach.
The residence is set on two floors and has 6 deluxe bedrooms. The 5 bedrooms have en suite bathroom and 1 bedroom has the bathroom at next door , 3 spacious living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), a private pool and beautiful furnished terraces and garden. Both from inside and outside the villa, guests can enjoy and experience the most of a luxurious accommodation in the sunny island of Crete.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
Villa Acropolis Palace has three spacious living rooms with ancient Greek columns and golden decorations and a fireplace. From here you have access to a big veranda with white marbles and gold plated Swarovski chandeliers. Note that the items in the villa are not painted but are made of 24k gold leaf or gold plate. The dining rooms have semicircular windows with amazing views, a Swarovski chandelier and luxurious furnishing. The kitchen is accessed through two tall columns. It is equipped with a range of appliances and offers relaxing views to the garden.
On this level there are 4 luxurious bedrooms: One bedroom with a king size bed, one double sofa bed and en suite bathroom (28sqm) with a Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, hydro massage shower enclosure. Two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a hydro massage shower enclosure. One bedroom with king size bed and its bathroom with a shower in the next door.
Stairs lead to the ground floor where there are two more luxurious bedrooms bedrooms : One suite bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a hydro massage shower enclosure. One large suite bedroom with a king size bed, lounge area, double sofa bed and en suite bathroom with a hydro massage shower enclosure. THE OUTDOORS
Outside the villa
Villa Acropolis Palace offers spacious outdoor areas with a garden full of trees, flowers and lawn. There are several furnished spots with lounges, benches and hammocks. A very useful and notable feature is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen near the big pool. The kitchen is under a pergola where there is a big dining, armchairs, chairs and 2 ceiling fans. It has electric stoves, refrigerator, pizza oven, wine preserver, ice machine, gas stoves , gas barbeque and charcoal barbeque.
If you like privacy you will adore this villa. The location and the garden’s design, with more than 100 big trees, permit you to enjoy the sun, the pool and the rest facilities and benefits of the villa, far away from the indiscrete eyes. In many parts of the green garden there are garden furniture, where you can relax, converse or read a book. The garden’s dining is ideal for a delectable breakfast near the pool as well as for a perfect dinner at sunset.
The private pool can be heated on request at extra charge and has sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor bar with a fridge to make it easier for you to enjoy a cool drink. The residence offers privacy and relaxation while the sandy beach of Agios Onoufrios is only a 5 minute walk away!
A security deposit of 500 € is required upon check in and will be returned at check out.

A really lovely house that fully matches the description and pictures.
The world's most beautiful outdoor kitchen, where you spend most of the day when you're not in the pool.
There is well-functioning air conditioning in all rooms, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, a barbecue and much more. And then there's the most service-minded host, who does everything to make the stay a success.
Have a car so it's easy to drive to Chania (15 min) or use a taxi (20-25 EUR).
Please note that the house is located in a residential area where they are very strict about the Greek building regulations. Especially after 11 pm, there was no tolerance for even low music and talking. It was really unfortunate, as there were 9 of us and we had to sit outside and play games, with the associated laughter.
But if you can accept that, this is really a wonderful place to be.

Enjoyed every minute staying there
Excellent collaboration with Antonis as he gave me the relevant details long time before getting there. Also he arranged for us to be accommodated by the owner of the villa in order to have a tour (yes it is a tour) of the property because it has a lot of offering. Our entire stay there was a real pleasure and despite the fact that we came with business, we somehow felt like in holiday and the property and host (both Antonis and the owner) had a large contribution to this. What I appreciate at most was the fact that they answered very fast to all request or questions. Definitely a place to come back also for holiday (there is a small beach just 10-20 min away walking from location, with a great taverna).

Super place with lots of space
Super place with lots of space and the pool and outside kitchen were ideal in the hot weather we had. I would say if you want to visit more of Crete than just the local area then a hire car would be most likely the best option as it is white rural for a few miles before any shops etc. Local Taverna was lovely and staff very nice.

Great location and comfortable villa
The property is perfectly located close to the beach, walkable, and to some tavernas - with some even delivering to the villa if you don't want to go out in the heat. Patra and Kelly were excellent at communicating and providing tips, taxis etc. The villa is well equipped and has a very well thought out outdoor and pool spa, there's lots of mosquitos and cicadas so remember your bug spray!

A wonderful well equipped big house
We were 11 people from 4 to 72 year old in the house into 4 big independent rooms ensuring privacy. Continuous peaceful air conditioning was very helpful into the whole house. The owner, Kely, was available 24/24 to provide assistance and advice if needed. All people enjoyed the big swiming pool. Excursions to beaches and other monuments were amazing instead of hot weather. Restaurants with superb cooking are available everywhere as well as small shops to buy whatever you need. excellent stay.

Stayed in this lovely villa, it was great for us, but thank god for the one taverna In walking distance. A villa that gives you a feeling of grandeur, close the gates and you’re in your own world. Fantastic outside dining area.

Beautiful villa.
You will be advised to hire a vehicle as it is a little way from everything. There is a beautiful little beach at bottom of the hill. Pool area was great and a lovely touch of having a lovely Greek dinner made for us on arrival. Thanks for a great holiday
