Kokomo & Milena Villas is a complex of two 3 bedroom villas with breathtaking sunset views
over the bay of Chania, Milena is a brand new stunning villa and
provides the ultimate retreat for relaxation and luxury.
Perched
high up but just 800 meters from the Cretan coast, these 2 villas are located in a
beautiful area, full of sleepy traditional Greek villages, and just a
few minutes away from lovely sandy beaches and hidden coves.
The villas comfortably sleeps up to 14 people and feature 6 double
bedrooms Villa Kokomo has as well a cinema room with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up
to 2 people. Each of the villas have a large heated infinity swimming pool, and a fantastic
outdoor dining and BBQ area.

The 2 upstairs
bedrooms have both private and shared balconies, and the downstairs
bedroom has access to the pool and terrace. The rooms are all light and
spacious with stylish décor and fine linens. Towels and toiletries are
also provided. This luxury accommodation also boasts a cinema room with a
sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, as well as a guest WC.
Combined
with multiple balconies and terraces which were designed to be both
private and also showcase the fantastic views, the villa also boasts a
spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area inside the villa.
All
bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with
luxury beds, bedside cabinets, and bedside lighting. Hairdryers are
provided in all bedrooms.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.
The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in
every room.
The villa has a private
entrance with remote controlled electric gate, and parking for several
cars, including 2 shaded pergola areas.
A high chair and baby cot is available at the villa for our younger
guests
If required, the villa is also equipped with electric pool heating, full
under-floor central heating, and patio heaters at the outside dining
area.

Villa Kokomo
Set on two floors, the villa has been designed to take advantage of the

The private and heated swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool.
There is an option for the pool to be heated on request.

very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and
designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests.
A full outdoor dining area and the kitchen are situated next to the
pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. A large dining table has a
covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.
