Cawe Villa is all on one level and consists of two bedroom wings
and one main large open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens out
on both sides to the outdoors. The interiors are decorated in a
sophisticated contemporary style creating a soothing and sun-filled
atmosphere with soft earthy colours, with the main living, dining and
kitchen area opens out to the sheltered outdoor living areas with
bi-fold doors the length of one side and sliding doors on the other
bringing the outdoors in.
Featuring 4 main
bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, one with a bath and another
bathroom downstairs making it easy to wash off after your day at the
beach or after swimming in your 10 meter private pool. The property has
A/C throughout with separately controlled A/C in each bedroom. From the
bedrooms you can walk out onto your own terrace and enjoy your morning
beverage and take in the views. Cawe Villa provides plenty of space for
couples, your family or a group of friends. The open-plan living and
dining areas, as well are the fully-equipped kitchen and separate

extra bathroom with shower.
